Scam Company – Shame on You, Just Eat
Just Eat is an absolute disgrace. My order was cancelled and they refused to refund me, claiming the money went to the restaurant. When I called the restaurant, they clearly said they didn’t receive a single damn penny. So Just Eat, where did the money go? Straight into your greedy pockets, that’s where.
You people are thieves, looting honest, hardworking customers. This is daylight robbery. We work hard for our money, and you shamelessly steal it without delivering anything in return. Your customer service is a joke—zero help, zero respect, zero responsibility.
Shame on you guys. You’ve lost a customer forever, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about this scam. Never using this trash service again.

Poor service
Poor service, did not deliver food as I forgot to put door number. Which is my mistake but I ordered it from my account. They said the driver called me which he did not. They said they left a message on the app. I have not downloaded the app, I used their website. Very disappointed. I doubt they will do well in the future considering there are better companies do the same thing with more focus on customer care

Worse experience ever
I ordered a simple pizza from just eats after travelling for 13 hours and was looking forward to eat something that said would deliver in 10-30 minutes. The fact that the delivery charges were almost equal to my order was disappointing but I was extremely hungry so it’s fine. I waited for 2 hours and I couldn’t view my order, the contact number for the restaurant didn’t exist, there was no support from the website whatsoever and it was extremely frustrating to ask the bot a millionth time about where my order was. I ended up sleeping hungry with no food and no refund. Never using this platform ever again
Update: I got the refund from Just eat.

I don’t use Just Eat, but since they’ve taken over at least one of the restaurants I buy from, the prices has gone up quite a bit! So, in my opinion, Just Eat = higher prices for the same thing I got before. I don’t have them deliver because it takes longer than if I go get it myself. Just Eat sucks.

Done use just eat. Ordered food, it never arrived and even the driver came to tell me he never received the order as the restaurant was "shut for maintenance" I thought he was being polite but no he's a scamming rat. Just eat replied saying they won't refund me as he tried to call and left it in a safe space. I'm taking this up with my bank, I don't care it's £20 it's the principle you pathetic company and loser drivers that do this.

AI bot ... no humans in sight
Why on earth is it impossible to get hold of a REAL person for help. You have a bot asking the same stupid question over and over.
My order shifted from "preparing" to "delivered", and no sign of anyone on their way to deliver. No help from AI bot. And you send a mail "thinking of refund". I order because Im hungry. Not to sit here getting more and more frustrated by no customer support.

Not for the first time food hasn't…
Not for the first time food hasn't arrived. Constantly being told to deliver to the front door but always come to the back gate. Tried to complain but there is no phone number. By email refund could take days and that is if they agree. When we order it is usually saved up over long periods of time as a special occasion so it is a lot of money to lose + no food. Anyone can make a couple of mistakes but this has happened before and it is getting ridiculous

I ordered food through Just Eat and my order was not delivered to my destination.
They tell me on the phone that the courier is out at the address, but he delivered the food at the wrong time and the courier didn't even call me at all.
Just Eat doesn't want to refund my money, what do you think, should I call consumer protection and sue them?

I ordered food via Just Eat from local restaurant 5 minutes away.The food arrived after 90 minutes and was completely cold, not lukewarm, but genuinely stone cold and unsafe to eat. This presents a serious food safety risk, especially with meat products.
Cold food, particularly when delivery is delayed, can fall into the temperature “danger zone” where bacteria can grow, posing a risk of foodborne illness. The food was not fit for consumption and I had to throw it away. Just Eat has refused a refund or to investigate properly.
This is no way to run a business and they will not get mine again. Also if I get no response I will raise this with the Food Standards Agency

Taking trough the payment option take the money from your account then is shows as order failed and not even mark that you order anything but is taking the money from your card. And no way to contact them for redound as it seems like there was no order.
