This is getting ridiculous, first it was 20 min then 30, 40 and at the end 1 hour to get my delivery from a place 7 min away from me, I wish I went and got it my self, never using it again

Thieves!!!
Thieves. They failed to deliver the items that I paid for and are currently refusing to refund me despite this so as of now they have currently stolen £20 off me. They have denied two refund requests so far so im now currently attempting it via PayPal with photo evidence hoping that works. (Just Eat doesn't let you send photos so you can't even send them the evidence)
This company is disgusting. An absolute scam. Do not waste your money on these thieves!

Terrible. Absolutely beyond belief how bad these thieves are. I cannot understand how they are still in business being so bad, untrustworthy and have literally no ability to resolve issues. Just don’t ever use them!!!!
Driver did not deliver food and then somehow lied on the app as I didn’t give them the code to say delivered on app and then returned food to restaurant. Obviously did it to take payment, dumped food and gone for more. Stole my money and dinner. Disgusting and disgraceful

I ordered from just eat and didn’t receive my order, I contacted them straight away to request refund for food I didn’t receive, I got a reply to say they were looking into it.2 days later I requested another refund to no avail. Still waiting for my refund. I will not use just eat ever again as this is appalling for a well known company.

Very poor service
Very poor service, ordered McDonalds whilst in Copenhagen and the food never arrived even though the app said it was delivered. Reached out to Just Eat only to be told the driver tried to call got no answer so left the food at the door. however my phone never rang, I am staying in an apartment and no food has been left anywhere. They have refused to give me a refund. I wish I’d read the reviews before using Just Eat. Never using again.

Normally no problems with ordering, but today we orderd some food and the order was canceled. No problem, but the tip we paid for the restaurant/driver wasn't paid back!!!? How can you keep the tip when no service was made?

I ordered something on the app and…
I ordered something on the app and didn’t realise that it was collect only from this particular store, so I tried to cancel but couldn’t… it was 5:30 in the morning, so I called the store to say I did not want!
I left it till 11am and went to contact just eat to ask how I cancel the items ordered for a refund? It was then I realised the order that I had placed was noted as collected…. So I called the store, they said there was nothing they could do contact just eat, just eat are now saying there is also nothing they could do contact the store?
I have basically been robbed of £29 absolutely disgusting

Do you scam all your customers. Spent nearly £18 worth of food which was cold by the way to only get a poxy £2 refund absolutely disgusting…. The driver was sat in is car for over 10 minutes doing nothing…. Looks like i contact my bank and the fraud team order number was

Useless help. Costumer service is nothing. Missing item oh sorry we can't do anything because you give a code to the delivery guy. If I don't I don't have the order to check. Service fee for what? I don't have a choice to not to pay. £3 each time but nothing come back from it.

1hr 45mins to receive order
Placed order at 5.15pm. Took them an hour to assign a driver (just when I was going to cancel the order)… then a further 45mins for the order to arrive. There’s no way to actually speak to customer service about anything: just common questions... So I just won’t use them again.

A snail would deliver faster
We ordered food at 12.20 & it eventually arrived at 14.16, after being told 12.50 estimated time .I rang Greggs to complain but was told that just Eat handle the deliveries &it was out of their control. We complained about this to Just Eat, but had no reply.

None existent delivery
Made an order at 11.35. The delivery time kept getting pushed back. Then at 13.00 it said it had been delivered at 13.25…. And then that time came and it never arrived. Multiple times over the past few weeks have I tried to order something and things like this keep happening. Sometimes waiting 2 hours before then having to cancel the order as it’s still saying 50+ mins on delivery. 2 grocery orders I’ve had to make with them today one never showed and the other one I cancelled after 1.5 hours of waiting. When the place handles their own delivery it’s a much better service! Also no update from them as to why my 1st delivery today never showed! And waiting to see if they will give me a refund

Straight up stole money.
Driver never came with food, looked everywhere, called customer support and they said, because i told him to leave it at the door, i lost my guarantee of getting my food. They contact the driver and he obviously says he delivered it, and Justeat then says "nothing we can do". Straight up scam. Nowhere on the site does it say that if you "leave a note for driver" do you risk losing your food with no way to get a refund. This has happened two times to me now. What a useless company. (Just eat har svaret at der blev sendt besked, det er ikke korrekt. Sad foran computeren og fulgte orderen. Ingen bankede på heller). Igen lyver de. Morsomt.

Vi er kede af at høre, at du ikke modtog din bestilling. Det er naturligvis ikke den oplevelse, vi ønsker, at nogen skal have.
Når man vælger at få maden stillet ved døren, er det vigtigt at være tilgængelig på adressen, så man kan tage imod ordren hurtigt efter levering. I dette tilfælde har chaufføren fulgt instruktionen og markeret ordren som leveret, og der blev også sendt en besked om, at maden var afleveret.
Vi forstår, at det er frustrerende, især når det ikke er første gang, og vi arbejder hele tiden på at gøre leveringsoplevelsen mere tryg og gennemskuelig.
