9 months ago I ordered 4 pairs of shoes, not one of them arrived, I've been negotiating a refund for about 6 months, I haven't even received half of it yet. Only promises that he will send the money but then he doesn't write back or send anything, from Sunday to Monday he wrote to me that he will call but again nothing. I don't recommend ordering anything. It's absurd that for several months he has promised a refund but hasn't sent even half of it and continues to make up stories and ignore messages
Update : After seeing my review, he reported the 2 payments where he didn't even send the correct amount. and on instagram he typed me goodbye.
So as you can see he saying that he message me about my refund which is not true he promised so many times he sending but nothing . I called to my bank about this several times but no payments sent from their side just promises and excuses he even try to threat that if i dont delete review i dont get any money

Snagged a pair of SB Dunks for way less than resale sites. Shoes were deadstock and authenticated with no issues. Shipping took a little longer than usual, but the deal made it totally worth it.

Scammers!! I bought two pair in February and never received my pairs. They kept promising that they would ship them out but they never did. They also said they would send a refund but I never received one. Almost 8 months later and I still have not received my shoes or refund. Save yourself the trouble and do not give these scammers your money.

Worst experience. Drop weeks are a con, if you look on the website now, you will see €2000 sneakers sitting for €250 this is because drops weeks are a way to get you to subscribe and pay money. They never send the items you have ordered. If you place orders they won’t refund you for 4-6 months or ever ship the item you have ordered. Please just stay clear, they make you feel guilty about it all they will message you to remove reviews. Please please avoid for your own sake.👍

I’ve ordered over five pairs now—Jordan 4s, Born x Raised, and Grateful Bear Yellows. Yes, shipping to the US took longer, but communication was steady and any issue got resolved. Each pair was authentic and exactly as described.

The Monday drops are legit—hot, limited, and authentic. I’ve already scored Jordans and Dunks at retail prices, and they’re consistently verified via CheckCheck and Legit apps. Shipping can take a bit longer, but those savings make the extra wait worthwhile.

I originally requested for my order to be cancelled and soon after regretted it. Julez supply worked with me to resolve the issue and promptly sent over an authentic pair which has passed on multiple apps. The customer service and communication was great and consistent throughout. Will use again!

I’ve had an account with JulezSupply for a few months now and let me start by saying that their company does go above and beyond. They generally have quick response times. Information that makes sense in regard to shipping and tracking. And most of all authentic product. In the shoe world this is hard to find for the prices JulezSupply offers. However every pair I have received from them has been authentic and in Perfect condition. Customer service is on point. It feels like you’re speaking with a friend about shoes. Meaning, they care as much as we do about the product we’re dealing with. I’d genuinely do business with them again. I also work in customer service and I take treating my clientele really serious. It’s nice to see another company hold their customers in such high regard like JulezSupply does. Please do yourself a favor and shop With them!
