Donot do business with them!! Scam!! Save yourself a headache!

They charged my card $3523 for no reason. Finally disputed with Amex. Got $1937 credit back from them. Today I get an email saying they took $1585 again saying that it was my subscription to them!! They are scam artists. Don’t fall for the shiny shoes with their low prices. They will not ship and even if they do, they will be fakes.

I ordered a pair of Travis Scott Jordan 1 lows. After paying, shipping took like a month and a half before I got them. They were DS and 100% authentic. I haven't ordered since but was getting ready to and it looks like their website is down, so idk if they are still in business or not. They do tell you the shipping time is like 21 business days or something. You'd think of they were selling shoes regularly that it wouldn't take that long to get to you even tho they are in Germany.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience – still waiting for my refund.

I ordered from Julez Supply and after issues with my order, I was told I would receive a refund. To this day, I have received absolutely nothing.

What makes this even worse is their so-called “customer service”: I have contacted them multiple times, through messages and other channels, and they completely ignore me. No replies, no updates, no explanations. It honestly feels like they are pretending nothing happened and hoping I’ll just give up.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Having to chase a company for a refund while being ignored is beyond frustrating and shows a total lack of seriousness and respect for customers.

Based on my experience, I strongly do NOT recommend Julez Supply. Zero accountability, zero communication, and still no refund.

I've been waiting for my order for a…

I've been waiting for my order for a year. I've always tried to contact the site's administrators, but I've never gotten a concrete answer. I asked for a refund, but it never arrived. Don't buy from them because you'll only lose money. Disgusting scammers.

I was last charged in 2023 for 25$ the…

I was last charged in 2023 for 25$ the recurring payments have stopped for 2 years. 2025 September I started getting charged again for more than 100$ 2x monthly now December charged again. I have email them repeatedly with no response. I have contacted my bank gotten a new card and was charged by them again SCAM!

December 30th charged once again 104USD

Jan 7th another charged 204USD

This was some of the worst shopping…

This was some of the worst shopping experience that I ever have had.
For 2 years ago, I bought a pair of sneakers that I never recieved.
Now randomly they have just withdrawn 210 euros, without me buying or getting anything.
The worst scam ever.

They deducted my visa without my consent

I shop with them and with monthly membership. So i bought a sneaker like June 2024. And i got my shoes after 3 months… and for those 3 months i was deducted for MF.. so i cancelled my MF with them.. and then i bought again before the year end and same thing happened it took 2-3 months… and those months waiting they have a lot of reason and i don’t know if those are true.. then fast forward October 15,2025 my visa was deducted for $150CAD.. and the email says paid X3 something.. it looks to me that it was a MF.. i contacted them and they told me that it was taxes.. i was deducted for taxes 3X when i only bought 2 shoes and it was after 1 year i was deducted… when i told them that i already paid duties and taxes here in canada for those 2 shoes which is true because i can’t pick them up at pot office if i will not pay the taxes.. and i sent a screenshot of that receipt because they asked for it and says that they will refund it and will reflect between 3-10 business days.. 2 weeks after still nothing.. and say that if i have a paypal it will be instant.. so i gave them my paypal and they said sending now… after 2 days nothing which is supposedly instant according to them.. and then they said sending again and check my card and still nothing after a week… beware of this company

Tries to Trade Refund for Review Removal

I ordered shoes from Julezsupply in March and never received them — nor a refund. After months of excuses and delays, I finally got some replies from them, but instead of actually sending my money back, they started pressuring me to remove my reviews from Trustpilot first. They claim I’ll only get my refund once I delete my honest feedback, which is completely unacceptable.

I’m well aware that deleting my reviews won’t change anything — I’ve fallen for that trick before and never received a cent. It’s clear that Julezsupply has no real intention of refunding their customers. A trustworthy company would solve the issue, not try to silence people. I strongly advise others to stay away from Julezsupply

Fraud,fraud, all fraud

The sneakers I bought hadn’t arrived, and they haven’t responded to a refund for almost a year, they were very arrogant.
When I finally thought it had been refunded, I was withdrawn from the registered credit card for reasons I couldn’t understand, and about 1.5 times the amount of sneakers has not been refunded yet.
