Customer Support and quality of case
I purchased the switch 2 case which is excellent but I unfortunately dropped it and this caused the thin part of the left joycon case to snap. I reached out to their support and they offered to replace the part for free. The case itself makes the switch 2 feel nice to hold and I couldn't recommend it enough.

Top customer satisfaction! I have backed a "Portable Snap-on Tri-screens" Flipgo Horizon Pro 144Hz version with a docking station. All the bells and whistles. The HW came packaged excellently together with a carrying case. There was only one small issue - one of the displays had faulty on/off switch, although it was still usable. I have notified the customer service about the issue - that a 2 cents micro-switch brings down the experience of an expensive hardware package. Asked about a local partner electronics service, where I could ask to resolder a new micro-switch. Instead they sent whole display replacement. Hats down - very pro-customer solution and an excellent customer service! Would not hesitate to purchase anything from them - highly appreciated. Thank you.

Extremely good products and customer service
I had recently bought a USB C cable adaptor from JSAUX and after a few months it seems to have developed some issue with static appearing when connected. I contacted JSAUX Support and they immediately helped me diagnose the issue and then sent me a whole new one that works perfectly. Their products are quite well made and sturdy and the customer service is quick, efficient, and polite. I had Nina help me and she provided amazing customer service.
Long wait but excellent product and CS
I ordered the ROG Ally battery from JSAUX. Shipping took a while and there was no tracking info during transit, but the package did arrive safely.
Once I got it, the battery didn't seem to reach its advertised capacity. I contacted JSAUX support and got a quick response — turns out it was just a calibration issue. They advised me to run a few full charge cycles, and after doing so the battery actually exceeds the advertised capacity.

So I'll just start by saying that JSAUX's products are freaking amazing. They're durable, they're working, and the innovation is amazing. You don't know what you want, but look at one of their products and say, "Okay, how didn't I think about this? I need this," so this is like top-notch.
Recently, I bought some stuff for my Steam Deck from them, but one item was no longer available. I told them to substitute it with another item, and they're spot on. Not saying just, "No, I'll give you money back, and you'll make another order," none of that.
They agreed to substitute the missing item with another item I required same price. This proves that their support is on par with the quality of their products.
Just amazing.

Great customer support experience
I had an issue with the backplate from my ROG Ally battery kit. The support team was responsive, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process.
Even though the replacement part was out of stock, they went above and beyond and sent a complete replacement kit instead.
I’m also very satisfied with the product itself — the quality is excellent and it works perfectly.
Communication was clear and polite, and everything was handled smoothly.

Years long experience
Disclaimer - I bought multiple JSAUX products for my Steam Deck at the same time in April 2023. Because I fell ill, I was unable to engage properly with customer service within the guarantee time.
All three products I bought broke in short order or were poorly designed. Because of this I cannot recommend the company at this time. This is more a shame because all three products FELT very premium and seemed to use at least a notable amount of quality material (housing etc.) which is surprising in a niche market for a cheap price. Obviously, it might be fair to chalk this up to teething problems as I think the company was fairly young at the time.
Why three stars then? I wrote them years later and they very politely told me that I was well out of the guarantee window.
I replied with a detailed and honest description of the product issues, and the difficulties I had had with their customer service those years ago. I also gave my opinion about warranty changes might affect them and my genuine wish for their success.
Top customer service in their reply. Professional and they at least very much gave the impression that my feedback was meaningful. Also, despite me saying I probably would never buy their products again and with only a miniscule amount of self-interest, they gave me a gift card for a small but reasonable amount, with a two year expiry window.
In conclusion, I was very happy with the current customer service (2026) and whilst, based on my experiences, I could never recommend their products, maybe I am wrong and they have changed for the better. Competition in niche product areas is great for everyone. As always, read plenty of reviews before purchase and if something goes wrong, take your time to engage openly with customer service before forming an opinion about a company.

Support for Replacement Powerbank
I contacted JSAUX for support with a broken Powerbank. I purchased the 20000mAh PD 65W Portable Charger Power Bank in August 2023. It quickly became my favorite tech. accessory. I bought it to use with my then new Steam Deck, but found it was my preferred charger also for my Switch, laptop computer, and cellphone. Sadly, within the past month or so, it stopped working. Full honesty, it stopped working after I dropped it from around hip-level height onto tile flooring. JSAUX very promptly and sympathetically responded to my request for support. I was so thankful that they offered a gift certificate to help cover the cost to purchase a replacement Powerbank. I am very satisfied with the service from JSAUX, and I would highly recommend the JSAUX team and their products.

Fantastic customer support team! My JSAUX steam deck dock stopped working just 6 months after I got it. I contacted support and they quickly got back with me and after providing them with the necessary info they approved a replacement item right away. Friendly and helpful.
Resident evil requiem, gta v, retro games
While gaming I’ve notice a significant difference in a lot of games that I play. The fans are a bit noisy but with a little bit of an edit on the audio, fan noise is no problem so posting gameplays is easy. Definitely would recommend just for the fans itself. The stand also keeps me legion go 2 steady so no more tiring hands.

Really like all of JSaux products and can’t stop singing thier praises to all my friends and family. Which I don’t do often. Recently I purchased a Power Bank that stop working and their support team (Ashley) was super friendly and helpful. She went through helping me step by step and then when there was no alternative to fix it she just issued another one. Very pleased with their responsiveness. And with more Steam products coming I will continue to go to them for all my accessories needs.
