Good Company With Logistical Issues
This company has decent products at reasonable to great prices. There customer services folks are responsive and helpful. The problem is that given thier location is China, they are a logistical nightmare for US customers. Shipping takes a relatively long time, tracking system is confusing (both English and Chinese version), communication with customer service is on a 12-hour time difference, and returns are cost prohibitive (not to mention a possible restocking fee). These guys would better off utilizing a third party (i.e., Amazon) to move all thier products (sales or otherwise). Hopefully, that wouldn't impact prices to much.

Once again, i have come back to jsaux in order to buy a protective case for my NS@ , which through the days one of the controller case cover broke on the top, causing this one not stay on the controller and just slipping off. I contacted JSAUX , and once again i got the response you would be expecting: " We are sending a replacement of it". So once again i got the support and caring for customer like us. Thanks JSAUX sure once again i will go back to you guys for new gadget

I bought the modcase with battery pack kit to go onto my steam deck and a few months later the kickstand broke and so I asked if I could get a replacement and the support team was nice it takes them a bit to get around to you if your in another timezone but there really nice and quick when they do I was able to order another kickstand without needing a whole other case and so im thankful for this wonderful experience

First of all, they answered to my email in 24 hours (if I replied almost-instantly, they replied in 1-2 hours).
Then, they offered to replace the broken parts of my order, without too much hassle (like others would do), thank you about this!
Currently, the items are not shipped yet, but customer support told me, it's expected to ship this week! I am really excited for the items!
Overall, customer service is really good, their products are unique, I found their item best for my budget (and comfort too), however their shipping times can be slow, but they make a notice for you at the item's order page (so I expected it).

After I managed to install the screen protector without the missing piece I didn’t need an entire replacement, so instead Jsaux arranged a discount for a carry case.
No wastage, no excuses, just pure customer service.

I had an issue with one of the controller grips breaking at a weak point. I mentioned the problem to customer service as I had been pretty delicate with the product itself and was hoping for a replacement. Response was quick and I got my replacement about 2 weeks later. Very friendly customer service and it all got handled pretty quickly.

The charger is excellent, convenient with the dual USB and USB-C options, and also aesthetically pleasing (the shade of blue). My product had a defect and they replaced it promptly after I wrote to customer service (despite more than a month had passed).
Switch 2 case and grips and customer service are top notch!
I love the Switch 2 case and grips. After several months, a small crack happened on the right joycon grip, causing it to be loose but functional. The JSAUX team was attentive and quick to send a replacement under my warranty.

I had a fiber optic HDMI cable that had started to fail just outside the 1yr warranty. Typically, I don't bother to 'register' cables because if they fail, it will be either really early or long after any warranty period. In this case, I wasn't so lucky.
I reached out to customer support and they informed me of the 'registering to get an additional 6 months'. They provided the link to do so and then they honored the warranty and replaced my cable for free!
Customer Service ("Ashley") also went above and beyond reaching out to me and keeping me in the loop. This was much more than I expected.
I've been a fan of JSAUX cables for a while now, and even though the cable failed, their customer service backed it up and kept me as a highly satisfied customer and cheerleader!
