Don't ever buy from them
Don't ever buy from them! SCAM! I bought a doll few months ago and never received it. They provide a fake tracking number. They never shipped anything. When I contacted them they said they will be an investigation but I never heard from them again. So there's nothing to investigate because nothing was ever shipped out 😡

Nice to have someone around
I think that Rachelle is great! In making a big investment like this, she was very comforting to me and made the process that much better. The doll is very life-like. Compared to other sites
Compared to other sites with similar products this one has a lot more appealing stock. I had hoped to purchase one of the more advanced dolls but they're just too expensive for my budget currently. I'll receive my first order soon and im definitely looking forward to it.

Sent many questions in there support team for them to be unresponsive. It seems this happens often same as my order not being processed and it has been a week in a half i personally think you should NOT order from these guys.

Not worth the price
Not worth the price. Ordered extras and didn't get. Used once and stands in closet now. They replied. I had 24 hours to complain after getting order. Horrible company. Pay alot and cant get order right. Avoid this company at all costs...Hundeds of dollars scooped from me. Shame on you!!!!

Don't order "Petra"!
I ordered a "Petra" doll. The delivery was over 6 weeks with no updates from JLD about why it was taking so long.
I am extremely disappointed with how small/tight the vagina is. I can only fit inside her if I completely remove the vagina insert but then there is almost no sensation. I contacted the company 3 times and never received a reply. So thanks for nothing.
I'll give the doll 2 stars because she is very beautiful but she is impossible to have sex with. I definitely would not recommend this doll to anyone with an average or bigger penis size. I will not be ordering from JLD again :(

Good product, but shipping updates are lacking extremely
Sent the product fine and nice looking product, although they never contacted me to say it was shipped, it did not say it was shipped on their online tracking that I could access through their website. I contacted them asking what is going on and they sent me an email saying it had been shipped then five minutes later an email saying it had been delivered, only issue was the delivery was three days earlier. If I had not asked, they may never have told me it even shipped or delivered or anything as they seemed only to inform me in response to my questions.
