good product fast service

The availability of products is great . It hard to choose. It would be better to talk to someone about orders etc. always using emails isn’t as friendly as speaking to someone. I have purchased 2 dolls from u. Both r different and both r great. My wm doll arrived on time but did not have the hair pictured on line. I had to purchase my own hair, to make her as pictured. Not only was it the wrong hair . It was very cheap brand. So the initial surprise apon opening was a let down. After I equipped her with the new hair. Now she is just perfect.

Communication was excellent. Product is amazing. Thank you.

No returns if you order wrong and you open the box your out of luck not recommended

What a fantastic experience I've had buying from this company. Hats off to customer service especially Rachelle.
Everytime i had an issue or concern she went above and beyond.

Little things to look out for though.
The dolls do get grubby very quickly so i have used non fragrance wet towelette to delicately remove the worst of what sticks to her skin. And boy is she heavy!!! It's great to snuggle in but getting her to position is one big task sometimes..
Also i was very pleased with what WMdolls included. I had two wigs which get tangled if you don't handle them carefully. I had a vagina warming rod which brings a whole new experience to using her. I had a new outfit too which was a little big but that's no problem. Also they included some plimsolls so she'd stand up a little more securely.

Horrible customer service. My dolls had implanted hair that was falling out like it was going through chemo and they did nothing about it.

I ordered a sex doll that was supposed to be in stock in the EU. I received a similar body without a head and without certification, deformed in places and in a damaged box.

JLD was super helpful with my first time buying experience. Their customer support helped throughout the whole process and they delivered great service.

Unfortunately you can't return your doll despite having never used it and was sent the wrong parts.
They did however help by refunding partially and sending the right head.

There was some questions on billion and what was on promotion, the company went above an beyond to honor the promotion, the delivery was perfect.

The company,,JLD - Dolls™ Joy Love Did not fulfill its obligations arising from the contractual relationship, and in addition, they robbed me of the payment for the deposit for the doll. I do not recommend this company to anyone

Wrong opinions and t months for delivery, doll extremely hard and uncomfortable to use

Good quality material and extras

After reading some forums and checking out some youtube vids about companion dolls. I felt certain that I was not dealing with a scam site which was a concern to me! It made me more comfortable with spending this amount of money online. I selected a WM doll.

They were really helpful with the information on the product line and they are local company

Dolls are not as advertised then when you want a refund because its not what you ordered your out of luck

Rachelle was amazing in helping me receive some missing parts to my order and gave continuous feedback as they worked with the factory. I am really appreciative for the support. The product is exactly as described. Would definetly recommend.
