it took extremely long to ship and apparently they “lost my order” twice so it took 2 months but the jersey is a 10/10

I’m giving this 1 star because I was unable to complete my order at all. After entering my details and clicking “Place Order,” the system immediately flagged the transaction as “high risk” and blocked the payment.

I was using a Visa credit card, on my home Wi-Fi, with correct billing information that matches my bank records. This was my first order, and no clear explanation or solution was provided during checkout.

The experience was confusing and frustrating, as there were no instructions on how to resolve the issue, retry safely, or use an alternative payment method. As a customer genuinely trying to make a purchase, being blocked without transparency raises concerns about the checkout process and payment system reliability.
I am leaving this review to get the attention of customer support and hopefully receive clarification or assistance.

I will update this review if the issue is resolved and I receive a proper response.

joyfball has yet to respond to any of my emails and their whatsapp says contact not found and i just want updates on my jersey or compensation. I've used their tracking app and auspost just says it is unknown. I ordered two jerseys and I'm begin to wonder if it is a scam

Have to give 1 star but I’d rather not give any at all. Ordered a couple jerseys and still haven’t received anything! Which website is correct? Joyfball.info or joyfball.com? Is one a scam? Or is no one answering on purpose??
Same contact information but different accounts.
For weeks my package is in transit, nothing changed, no email was answered until today. Neither do I get a response via WhatsApp!
Trying to get my money back now with the help of my bank!

I got the shirt in good condition and quality it came with the sponsor that is adidas it was very good but the shipping was a little slow

Absolute scam they just give you tracking and then tell you your package is stuck in customs, never deliver it. No updates in a whole month, never order off this site, filthy scammeds

We have two jerseys and they are very good, good quality.

It was very good, i recieved the t-shirts after 3 weeks, when i sent emails for trscking my order they replied fast and accurate. The t-shirts looked very real the one came in a nike bag and generally i am happy of the support and quality and price.

I never got my jersey that I ordered back in September and the shipping said it would come in October, now it's November and almost Christmas

Ordered numerous shirts off the website, most of them were for my son and we paid extra to get his name on the back of them. He literally wore one shirt, one time, it hadn’t been washed and the name has started falling off. I wasn’t expect great quality when purchasing them, but that is just terrible. We contacted customer support and they said “The fonts falling off is only a possibility. We only recommend that if you do not use a washing machine to wash the jersey, it will extend the service life of the jersey”. I wouldn’t bother using them.

In summary, it's good value for money. I live in South Africa and I've ordered 15+ jerseys from them over the last 2 years. An order usually takes 30 days to get to SA. The quality hasn't been a problem, I've only had one instance where the colours where slightly off, but majority of the time it is perfect quality and a great option for people on a budget. These small problems I've experienced are all worth it considering the price, you just have to be patient.

I purchased a Jersey which did not arrive even after a month and half.They said it could have been seized by customs when I e mailed them.However thankfully they refunded my money back.I initially thought they were scam.

Terrible service. Ordered 10 weeks ago, order never arrived and the customer service team is extremely unhelpful.

I have ordered about 5 jerseys in a span of three different orders and in none of the orders have I been let down. I genuinely will stick with them forever. They take about 2 week to ship but it’s worth it when they come. The only thing the jersey are missing is the logo for the league like World Cup for example or ucl but it doesn’t really matter and it doesn’t show it on the picture when they advertise it either way. 10/10

Don't waste your money. I placed a large order and after 3 months was told my order got lost and they would replace it, they then sent me a fake photo of tracking details for the replacement and when I checked the tracking website and used the details from the photo none of the details were actually on the site when I emailed back asking why it doesn't appear they responded saying it was stuck in customs. The emails were very delayed and I kept getting excuses 4 months later no order and no refund.

I ordered a Keane 2004 man united away shirt and a Makelele 2000 Real Madrid home shirt , both shirts came late , and they hadn’t even bothered to put the printing of “Makelele #24” on my Real Madrid shirt that I had clearly payed extra for , if it’s possible to return these I would like to immediately

Just got my gabriel jesus shirt and it VERY messed up. The nr 9 in the front is UPSIDEDOWN and RIPPED OFF plus the shirt is very dirty and somehow theres GLITTER on it. I am not happy.
