The sizing was accurate, and it fits just like my other jerseys. Very impressed!

I followed Joyfball’s instructions to order a custom jersey with a player’s name and number, and paid extra for it—but received a non-custom one instead. Very disappointed by the lack of attention to detail, poor order fulfillment, and the fact that my email to resolve the issue was ignored.

Fantastic looking football shirts, really good quality too. It said 15 days delivery to the UK but it took 24 days & the tracking system wasn't the best but they were definitely worth the wait. Their customer service also replied to my email queries. I will definitely order from them again.

Total joke of a store.
First of all – they don’t inform you upfront that the payment is cross-border, so they end up charging more money than shown at checkout.
Second – they’re extremely slow with shipping. My package has been stuck for days with a “delayed at customs terminal” status and no updates whatsoever.
Third – customer support is a joke. They completely ignore emails and even WhatsApp messages – they don’t even bother to read them.

I’ve been waiting endlessly, with no help, no communication, and no compensation.
If you enjoy being ripped off, ghosted by support, and waiting forever – this is the perfect store for you.

Jerseys never showed up and had to message them multiple times yet still no answer about where they are and can I get a refund - beware waste of money

I ordered and it took a solid 3 weeks to a month to arrive, and I believe it was worth the wait since I did order like 8 jerseys altogether, and my only problem was sizing, I'm a large, I'm around 5,7, and I typically wear large as a baggy fit hoping it was the same for jerseys which some were and some fit like medium but overall loved what i got

For this cheap, ofc u get chinese kits, but u can trust them. I ordered 4 kits from them, they arrived a bit late, but still arrived. I also communicated with someone from the customer service, I have nothing wrong to say. 1 thing isbt the best, that one of the kits are a bit damaged after washing, but thats what u get for this price, fair enough.

No loose threads or uneven seams. The badge is stitched well, not just glued on like some cheap replicas

I was sceptical when I saw the low prices but I have used Joyfball multiple times since and have received all of my purchases within 2 weeks of ordering. The shirts are obviously not real but for how much they are you can’t go wrong. Only 4 however as I do get emails saying it’s best not to wash them which I find amusing.

I ordered 3 items and only 2 of them had arrived. I emailed joyfball support asking for a refund for the missing item and did not get any help.

Awful company with awful customer service, would avoid joyfball, products are terrible customer service even worse m.

I have ordered on July 12th, contacted, no one is answering and my package is nowhere to be found. It’s a scam.
