Jovonna is now my go to brand, whenever I need an outfit for an occasion I check out Jovonna first. I love their design, so cool and unique. Also, I feel like their designs suite all ages. I'm 50, I look and feel confident in any of its outfits. The quality is fantastic, which isn't reflected by its affordable prices. I have made return in the past as well, easy and quick! So all in all, great design, fantastic quality, good customer service. Highly recommended!

I visited the shops on the Portobella Road and bought a lovely dress in the sale which fits so nicely. I just received another dress that I bought online. It again, fits me perfectly and was so nicely packaged. So nice to receive the earrings gift. I will definitely be buying again. There are some really lovely and different items in the store. I can't comment on the customer service as I'm very happy with my purchase and haven't had to contact them.

First, I received a coat size XS that looks like XL. It was written that is slightly loose not super loose. Then, if I want to return it I have to pay £5.5 and go to some shop far from where I live. Your designs are really good but you need to do something about sizing and returns. Not everyone wants to look 9 months pregnant in your clothes…I know oversizing is a trend but write this clearly on your website.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I ordered a coat I tried in store but ordered online as it was discounted online. It arrived in a tiny bag, so the coat was completely creased. I've sent it back. No refund yet. They hardly answer emails and landline for head office isn't answered! Worst customer service I've ever received and would encourage people not to buy from them.

Very bad quality fabrics, all plastic, not many wool, silk, ot cotton Also very expensive delivery, and returns, cost me nearly £10 , a to buy, and then return inadequate quality dress I bought

If I could give it a zero I would, appalling customer service and business doesn’t see value in repeat business, ps make sure you return the tacky free earrings or they deduct this from your return value if not returned

I really enjoyed my two visits to Jovonna stores (Soho & near Baker Street), the girls were so lovely and assisted me. I ended up ordering my cardigan as I couldn't make up my mind in the shop. Arrived safely and with a stunning gift - pearl-like earrings. Love them and my new cardigan. Thank you! Definitely coming back!

The worst wool quality and poor customer service. I bought a nice black coat for my mum and she was wearing it only once as the coat was living black stains on her clothes underneath and it coloured even her nails and skin.. I informed Jovonna team and they told me to come to the store, once I came I thought they will help me, not necessarily to give me a refund as I did not keep receipt, but at least some advice what should I do with the coat, however the girl who was working in the store (said she is a Manager) started to shout and was very rude, saying that they never had such issue and that she is not sure what kind of clothes my mum wears underneath..I was shocked, did not even want to continue anymore the conversation with such a person.. so disrespectful and my honest advice don't buy anything from this store..

Very disappointed bought a dress that said can be ironed on low- it got damaged and they would not refund me- we sent them pictures and they would not accept the mistake- it was an expensive piece never worn and no one looking out for the customer - will not get me coming back again

Absolutely beautiful designs! So special also wearable at the same time. The price is very reasonable for the quality.
