Excellent positive visit to Chester showroom to try out the trikes. Jorge took me through all the basics very patiently as I felt a bit unsteady at first. I have a long standing chronic back pain condition which has stopped me riding a normal bike so wanted to see if a trike would be better. Finally after a few spins round the track on different trikes felt confident enough to purchase. Jorge took us through the process and we felt very comfortable with everything. Great visit to Jorvik Tricycles Chester branch today. Very helpful staff who are not at all pushy to buy. Explained and thoughtfuly demonstrated the Vandra X tricycle to my wife, Susan.
They even folded and showed how it would fit in my car.
I was happy to purchase the Vandra X for my wife.

There is only one phone number and only one way to contact Jorvik customer service. I purchased a RIDA unused trike from an independent bike shop because I needed it next day and Jorvik would take 3-5days I was expecting help from a well known company for a good brand but I am left with a useless white elephant that I cannot ride or adjust correctly to fit me and local cycle dealers will not deal with Jorvik cycles and Jorvik do not consider px for me to purchase one that will fit.. despite rhe Southampton showroom stating they do on occasion.

We would like to clarify that we offer several ways for customers to contact us, including our customer service phone team, live chat, email, and the contact form on our website. Our phone line is answered by our customer service team rather than a single individual, ensuring customers can speak with the next available advisor.
Regarding your trike, we understand your frustration. However, as the trike was purchased from an independent retailer rather than directly from Jorvik ( Jorvik do not sell via stockist only Jorvik showrooms ) , any contractual agreement, returns, or after-sales obligations are with the retailer from whom it was purchased. This unfortunately limits the options we are able to offer.
We do not operate a part-exchange scheme. On occasion, a showroom may discuss alternative options for customers who have purchased a Jorvik trike directly from us, particularly through our Try Cycle Scheme, which is designed to help customers choose the most suitable model before purchasing. However, this is only available for Jorvik customers as its a service we offer at contract and does not extend to other branded tricycles purchased through independent retailers, as those purchases remain the responsibility of the original supplier.
We're genuinely sorry that the trike you purchased has not proved suitable for your needs. Even though its not purchased through us , If there is anything further we can do to help with adjustments or offer advice on achieving a more comfortable fit, our customer service team would be happy to assist through any of our contact channels.

Terri at the Southampton showroom was really helpful. He listened to me, watched how I was on each one, and carefully explained how to manage the tricycles. Fantastic cycles
Staff choice the right cycle for me.
Staff gave good guidance when I came onsite and rode the cycle around the course.
I believe it is beneficial for customers to try onsite course, as I live in a hilly location withe lots of different level drive cambers. I struggled the first couple of times. Now I am out every day and even on cross-country paths.
It has given me a new freedom.

Jorvik Tricycles were really responsive and helpful with my enquiry to source a new part for a 2nd hand tricycle. They worked with me to find the correct part and I got it very quickly. I am very happy to have chosen a Jorvik model after much research and now their customer service has proved just as fantastic as the product.

Great facility and Service
Terry really made the experience visiting the Southampton showroom very easy and informative.
He greeted us both and offered us drinks before sitting us down to assess our needs.
He demonstrated and explained each model throughly, make sure we were happy with the features and we were able to test each suitable model around their large indoor test area.
We settled for 2 Rida+ models.
Very happy with the service from Terry and a great product.

Superb tricycle, challenging delivery.
My only criticisms would be it took about a month for my order to arrive, and the packaging/assembly was much more difficult to deal with than I'd been led to expect. That said, the tricycle itself is absolutely superb.

Jorvik have outdone themselves!
I have ridden a Jorvik trike very happily for over four years but now at 92 I feel the need for more security. The new facility in Chester is very welcoming and there I was able to try the new Frelsi - what a superb machine! All my questions answered, everything demonstrated clearly, nothing too much trouble. Mine ordered.
