To any new home buyers looking for a Jones Homes property in Garstang, Avoid at all costs!. The NHBC warranty is literally not worth the paper its written on and no matter how bad the works are, the NHBC will always favour Jones. The Jones Homes party trick will refer you to the NHBC if you disagree with anything, knowing full well that the NHBC have their back and that nothing will be done. Any defects will be the fault of the homeowner. I have even been accused of sabotaging my own property in writing by construction director of Lancashire Alex Bedson. They will turn up to your house with the NHBC and bully you into thinking you are wrong. If you have a complaint, you will always be referred back to Mr Bedson. I have had 2 years of hell because of these people and I intend to get local and National MPs involved even if I have to fight this for the next 10 years. I advise everyone to take a good look not only at Jones Homes Reviews but also the NHBC reviews. There is a pattern. This is a major issue and concern.

Our experience with jones homes was and has been amazing, we were and are still looked after by the very professional, polite and friendly team Karen and Nicole who are exceptional in their work skills and support throughout, always answering and dealing with any of our concerns, we highly recommend 😊 , our site manager paul and his team are very efficient and friendly , and were on the ball with any concerns when we moved in and going forward we feel we can easily approach him if we need to 😊 Thankyou to you all

DO NOT buy a Jones Homes Property. Once they have your money, they don't care about the multiple house leaks, cracked render, wobbly staircase (list goes on). Even when the issues were highlighted in the snagging list, once your past 3 years (we are 4 years post purchase) they will continue you tell you thats its nothing to do with them even though the issues were previously highlighted. We will be taking Jones to small claims court for all the issues we've personally had to put right caused by Jones Homes cowboy builders and taking it further with NHBC like practically every property on this estate. Currently fixing our 3rd leak which has rotted en-suite walls and leaked into lounge where builders have cut the end off the shower tray and hid it behind the tiles. I will never buy a new build ever again. Certainly not from this company.

The whole experience has been àmazing from start to finish.
Nothing has been too much trouble in making our move as stress free as possible.

Appalling customer service. Still waiting on snags to be completed lived here nearly a year and now being told they will not be doing them! What happened to the 2 years grace of snags!
Avoid at all costs, all good until they have your money.
Poor quality, lack of finishing touches and overall rude customer service staff.
Gardens are awful, just had ours landscaped due to what is buried under the turf they lay down the grass will never grow!
Leaks, stairs falling apart and huge cracks they will not repair! Very unhappy considering the amount you pay for their houses!
Would I buy again from this builder, absolutely not!!!

Whilst the builders have left us more snags than I can count… the customer care team are absolutely fantastic. Ben and Martin are the dream team and I feel so happy to have them here knowing they will do a really good job. Everything is always clean, tidy, and done properly! They’re not bad company either and will aways ask how we are getting on, even remembering the dogs name. Honestly adore them!

Ben arrived on time he was pleasant and polite. He knew what he had to do and was patient with me while I was explaining what the problem was. He explained what he was doing and why. He was respectful of my property and explained why he was wearing his safety boots indoors. Thank you Ben

Ben & Martin are a credit to Jones Homes. They are friendly, hardworking & both go above and beyond. Each time they have carried out work on my plot they have done an excellent job! I’ve had a new build before & the aftercare I received was nothing compared to these two & the CC office.

Ben Marriott came and fixed some stuff for us. Nothing particularly major but turned up with a smile on his face and sorted our stuff out within an hour or so. Nothing seemed to faze him. He identified something relatively significant with our bath tub....again not an issue. Sorted it. Really pleased with Jones Homes and Ben. Thank you for popping over :-)

Lyndsey was very helpful. We have a brand new house and completeted a snagging list with Lyndsey. A very attentive Martin came yesterday to carry out some of the snagging list. He was not supplied with an air vent for the downstairs cloakroom so could not complete this issue. Martin’s work was excellent ie 100% completely satisfied with the care and attention he took and he obviously had pride in his work.

Whoever painted our house internally was slap dash and paint splashes on tiled floors, all our door hinges,sanitary ware. I would not have expected this sloppy work from a prestigious company ie Jones Homes. Our house was the show home so would have expected a far better internal finish.
All the door hinges need changing due to the amount of paint on them.
Ridge tile/s on porch still not level. I can provide a telephone number if you want for an excellent roofer.
Dinah was very accommodating with the price. Would have been nice to have received a phone call a couple of days after we moved in from Dinah as Dinah sold us the property.
