Good start and kitchen fitters great but support was not up to much. Had a problem straight away with an appliance they fitted but they wanted me to do the chasing of the manufacturer even though they fitted an item that was faulty.

items delivered 3RD JULY fitted on 7TH AUGUST. one DOOR defective .told replacement fitted on 11TH SEPTEMBER, so possibly a 4MONTH period to completion/oh and a good job i have a large shed ,to be able store fitments.

Recently had my kitchen doors completed. Excellent service from start to finish. Great quality doors, look fabulous. The 2 fitters that came were very professional, tidy, friendly and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend this company.

Antony was brilliant from start to finish. Really friendly, genuine and easy to talk to, with no pressure at all. Explained everything clearly and made the whole experience really straightforward. Would definitely recommend him!

I made the the order on 13th july 26 for my new worktops. salesman was nice chap who quoted approximately 8 weeks for fitting after surveyor had been, but he did Fail to mention we would have a joint in one of our tops due to its length, which I found out when surveyor had been who was also a nice chap. Then nothing for what seemed an eternity until I got a date at the end of OCTOBER for fitting which wasn't convenient & finally got a date of 11th of NOVEMBER. Now reading these reviews & time scale already gone that I'm getting a little concerned that if there are any issues, that Christmas isn't far off at that point & don't want to be incomplete for Christmas!!

I am actually pleased with a lot of the kitchen, but I have given one star because of how I have been treated in relation to the things that were not done well. My experience has been very different postpayment.
My emails are not read properly, I am left with the kitchen not as I ordered and then passed from pillar to Post but getting nothing done. Customer services will not provide a phone number and so all communication is by email, which is lengthy, and made more difficult by the fact that my emails aren’t read properly.
The salesman was great. The Surveyor said salesman didn’t know what he was talking about and changed the I had agreed to saying they were not possible including the trim.
When the fitter arrived, he was also good. He noticed that the plans would leave a big gap under the end of the worktop. He used spare pieces of wood to construct a slot, but this is not what I ordered and looks messy..
All my kitchen lights were disconnected and I was told this would not happen.
I ordered trim in the same colour as my kitchen and the Surveyor said this was not possible and now there are white gaps in a Blue kitchen. I have now been told by customer service that I didn’t order the blue trim and would now have to pay extra.
I paid £9000 for kitchen doors and a worktop in a very small kitchen and have spent weeks trying to sort these issues out
I was told fittings would be included for doors and only during installation told the integrated fittings were not included
I had to get a workmen to replace these
I am very, very disappointed.
I can get nowhere with customer service
I chose this company because of the really good reviews and them left wondering if the location makes a difference to the process.

This review is based on my personal experience with Joes Doors from initial consultation through to completion.
When the salesperson turned up, they were friendly and provided all the information we required at the time. Remember though they are sales people and you can “haggle”. One note though is read the contract before you sign to ensure you’re happy with the conditions of sale. Less than a week later, an assessor came to plan the fit and this is a major part of the installation as any issues at this stage need to be discouvered and discussed before your fitter turns up.

Through very good communications with Hayley and Poppy, delivery was slick and professional. There were some parts missing but the good comms ensured they arrived before fitment day……almost all!

All items were checked and the quality was excellent.

We were very flexible with when the fitting could take place so we waited a little longer than I suspect is usual. The fitter, a gent of a man called Shane, arrived on time and kept us fully up to date with how the fitting was going (I even learnt a few tricks of the trade from him!). A highly experience fitter can make the difference with fitting and we definitely lucked in with Shane 👏.

We were missing some relatively minor parts for the complete finish but at all times we were kept up to date and all arrived as predicted, again big thanks to Hayley and Poppy 👏.

In a nutshell, I had a lot of trepidation over a relatively big fit which included doors, worktops and appliances but this turned out to be totally misplaced due to good comms, great fitter and a touch of flexibility!

Recently Anthony turned up on time, very pleasent and presentable did the work to a high standard and would a fair price. Would recommend for others.

Excellent from start to finish. Love our new kitchen and the fitters Des and Arron were very good nothing was too much trouble for them. Would thoroughly recommend

Just had our utility room worktops fitted by Jake Evans from Joe's Doors. His work was absolutely excellent -fitted in a very professional manner and on time - could not fault him at all.
Would be very happy with him completing any other project for us in the future!

Overall a very good experience with Joe’s Doors for my worktop replacement. The choice is vast, the salesman was friendly (did the ….let me phone my manager to get a good deal…honestly no need to do this in 2026, just give your best price). I didn’t book on the spot, no pressure to do so. They did call & offer me a better price.

Installation team took a few weeks to call, but when they did booked me in for 24/8. Whilst away I got an email saying delivery of tops would be 18th, fitting 19th. Now I know I didn’t book in for that day. It’s my anniversary & the day after a flight home. When I called (from abroad) the chap did indeed say this had been changed & apologies for not advising that. That’s why I’ve only given 4 stars.

Installation. We had Jake who was on time, polite, tidy & did a fantastic job, there was an issue with the grooves on the draining area so unfortunately a new top had to be ordered & he returned 3 days later to complete the job, whilst annoying for him & us it was only a few days & the end result looks fantastic. We are really pleased with how it looks.

So I’d recommend Joe’s Doors. My husband is in sales so we knew the ‘sales techniques’ and ignored them. I guess all companies have a way of closing a deal. We were recommended by a friend & saw the end result first hand before calling them & we weren’t disappointed.

Rep didn’t turn up on booked day, when we called to ask where he was we were told we had cancelled the reservation! (We Had Not)
He did arrive the next day and we agreed the refurb of doors, new sink and hob and worktop covers.
Fitting arranged for 3rd of August for the doors and 4th of August for the Worktops and Sink.
All good on the 3rd, fitter turned up on time at 8am and fitted replacement doors .
Waited for the worktops to be fitted on the 4th of August as we were told they would arrive between 8am and 10am.
At 10.15 am no one had turned up so phoned Joes Doors only to be told that the appointment had been changed to the 6th of August!
No prior notification, no concern that I had booked two days off work!
Simon the fitter and his son were excellent and did a great job of the worktops and sink.
Noticed later that two of the replacement doors had faulty finish on the edge , despite sending numerous photos to prove the difference between the good doors and the faulty doors I was told the finish was normal which it clearly is not.
Not impressed!

So disappointed .....my kitchen tops replaced looks wonderful just what I
wanted. Free sink ! All rubbish removed !!!in 2 days !!!! OH NO IT,S NOT still on my door step Thanks Mr Salesman who we were assured it would be with the Green shoes you told us it was goinf ro be taken apart from sink. EVIDENTLY we signed in the contract to say we did not want it taken why on earth would we do that the box says 2 men need to lift it....

Shane provided excellent customer service during installation, above and beyond. Respected my property and was very tidy in every way. Personable and punctual, gave me time to ask questions or discuss options. Installation took from 8:30 to 4:30 for my kitchen, with so little disturbance I couldn't believe it. Others who came prior for measuring and delivery were also pleasant to deal with so I can highly recommend this company for kitchen worktop overlay and splash backs.
Quality of product and result is excellent, all my neighbours are jealous.

From start to finish including initial survey & following the agreement to proceed, all contacts & appointments were courteous & punctual. As matters progressed towards the date agreed for installation, there was regular contact, materials arrived in time & the whole process went like clockwork. Regarding the installation Mark Jones advised time of arrival & arranged a gas fitter who was essential & then arrived exactly on time both days with his colleague Jaden. Marks installation was superb, oozing quality & his personal attention to detail has to be seen to be believed. Cannot fault a thing.
