I really appreciated that you gave me detailed run down of all my resumes attributes and told me where I can improve. I also appreciate where you told me I got things right as a positive reinforcement so I know what to fix and what to leave as is.

Do not subscription to premimum it a trap, the free trial is a trap for a recurring bill of 69,90 euro which u don't see until u subscribe.
And they don't remind u and u can't cancel until they bill u once and if u deny them that payment instead of canceling ur premimum subscription they heir a dept collection agency to herass ur email to get that payment.

I was very disappointed with JobLeads. The service is overpriced and does not deliver the personalized support it promises.

The career advice is generic and can easily be found for free on LinkedIn or other online resources. The advertised "personalized" CV review also seemed to be nothing more than an AI-generated assessment with generic feedback and no real individual input, and of course any guidance or follow-up.

What frustrated me even more was that I received more communication about an incorrect payment claim than about the career support I had paid for. My data also appeared to have been shared with another company to pursue the payment, which made the experience even worse.

Overall, I feel this service is poor value for money and I would not recommend it.

Good help with resumes and finding a job when we all need one. A++++++

Frankly not much helped my wife except exaggerating 70eur fee per month. Maybe some people got lucky. We at the end just got silent invoices without reminders. So missed the cancellation date and overpaid... be careful.

Great, helpful resume review

Feels scammy. Was provided a link to a direct "job posting." When I was looking to apply to the job, I hit "i'm interested" and uploaded my resume as i thought this was a legitimate job posting. When i uploaded my resume, they tried to tell me my resume was "36/100" and that i needed to buy their service so my resume (which is good) could become a high enough scored item to pass the ATS systems. Pathetic upsell. They just pretended to be a job listing and duped me into loading my real resume, so they're just data harvesting. Avoid.

I just had by resume reviewed for the first time, and the experience was fantastic. The feedback was incredibly specific, highly actionable and perfectly categorised. It was straight to the point and very helpful for my job search!

The advice was clear and explain how to fix each problem. Also provided insight on what is recommended.

I signed up for the €2.99 trial to test JobLeads. What I did not receive was any reminder that the trial was ending and that my subscription would automatically renew at nearly €70 per month.

As a result, I was charged for three consecutive months without even realizing it. The worst part is that I had already stopped using the platform after about a month because I found it to be of very little value. Many job postings were duplicates, a number of them were outdated, and I couldn’t find anything that wasn’t already available on free job boards.

I only discovered the recurring charges several months later when I reviewed my bank statements.

In my opinion, this is not a customer-friendly approach. If a company is confident in the value of its service, it should send a clear reminder before converting a €2.99 trial into a subscription that costs almost €70 per month.

After looking into other reviews, I realized that my experience was far from unique. Many other users have reported the same issue.

I cannot recommend JobLeads. If you decide to try the platform, make sure to cancel your subscription well before the trial ends, or you may find yourself paying for a service you no longer use.
