HORRIBLE!! You fill out all this data about what you want to apply for it and does not listen to you at all. This stupid software applied to almost 100 jobs around my area and marked that I was not legal to work in the US even though my profile clearly stated I am a US citizen. It even applied to the company I’m currently working for after I selected I didn’t want to apply there because I don’t need my bad employer knowing I’m looking. Not one, but 2 open jobs at me current company… what a nightmare this was. I turned it off within hours and tried to get my $100 back and the customer support refused and only offered more applying credits. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I don’t want you ruining anymore chances at me getting a job with your terrible resume attempts and false depictions of my experience and eligibility. What a massive waste of money I don’t have and taking advantage of people looking for help to improve their future.

It feels misleading. You go through a long list of questions, provide your details, and only at the very end you’re told that you need to pay a monthly fee just to search for jobs. In my opinion, the website should clearly state upfront that it’s a paid service. Instead, it collects your information first and only then asks if you want to proceed for a fee. That approach makes the whole experience feel like a potential scam, or at least not transparent.
