Been using JM Wholesale for Drop-Shipping on my website for several months now, at the start i had a few issues and my emails would take a day or 2 to get a response, but when you have customers waiting it adds extra pressure. Now that Jade has stepped in things couldn't be simpler! I know my email's will get replied to quickly, no issue is too big or too small for her. We have been working with JM Wholesale for a number of years so far. It's been months since we have any orders on our own ecom site. Although we got 1 on friday for a HEX Vapor. Unfortunately we have had to refund the customer because jm wholesale's tax rates are "EXTORTIONIST" and i mean "EXTORTIONIST" £24.99 TAX on a HEX Vapor? 20% is the tax you should be charging. The total for the item on your site comes to £149.94. Obviously that's way of the bench mark here. We have a pretty big site but we will be looking at other partner options soon. With extortionist tax rates like this with jm wholesale we will be ceasing trading as soon as possible. SORT YOUR PARTNER RATES OUT INSTEAD OF THIEVING OF US IT'S 2025 FOR CHRIST SAKE. I also have a screen shot which i am very happy to upload to trustpilot just to prove this.

Apologies this is the first time I believe we have had the chance to meet (albeit virtually!). JM recently appointed me back in October 2024 to manage the dropshipping side of the business and I have been working hard to improve the level of service in every aspect I have identified as being an issue.
I noticed your recent review on Trustpilot concerning an issue you had trying to order one of the products on the dropshipping site and I am keen to have a chat with you about this and find out exactly where the issue lies - I note that you have identified the VAT as a problem?
I have checked the abandon cart and I can see that the 20% VAT was added onto the HEX (£24.40) and the 20% VAT was added to the shipping charge (£0.59) which is standard as the shopify system shows all services and products excluding VAT and this is added at the subtotal. Thus bringing the cart to the correct total value of £149.94
