Thank you for your message.
Your order was placed on New Year’s Eve, when we were open but operating on skeleton staff. By the time payment was received, the business was closing at 2:00 pm, as outlined in our email notifications and website announcement regarding our Christmas and New Year closure.
Your order was therefore shipped once we reopened on the 2nd of January, following the holiday closure. From that point onward, the parcel was within the courier’s network. For clarity, the courier tracking confirms the following timeline:
Shipment created: 02/01/2026 – 08:18
Processed at hub: 02/01/2026 – 17:30
Collected by courier: 02/01/2026 – 20:23
Arrived at delivery depot: 03/01/2026 – 02:01
Out for delivery: 05/01/2026 – 07:59
Delivered: 05/01/2026 – 11:48
Based on this tracking, any delay occurred after the parcel had been dispatched and was with the courier, rather than at our end. The additional delay was due to the weekend period falling between dispatch and delivery.
