Always stock missing from the…
Always stock missing from the deliveries and even after notifying the staff. You get false promise of getting the missing stock in the next delivery. Also, be careful and check the expiry date as you will get stock with very short use by date.
I have made the mistake of ordering ,new delivery until previous ones were sorted or fulfilled.

Immediate replacement for faulty item.
I had an issue with one of the products I ordered, full spectrum MCT CBD Oil 50%. I emailed the problem to JM (there was crystallisation around the neck of the bottle and I thought maybe it had leaked) and they immediately emailed back, correcting the issue by sending out another bottle of the same the next day It was relatively expensive to me and I had initially worried about ordering this product however I received an explanation of why this might have occurred and I was happy with the outcome. I now know that I can order with trust in the company.
