Don’t buy

I bought a pair of £395 trainers from Jimmy Choo Selfridges London in December, I’ve wore the trainers about 6 times and when I last had them on noticed there was a hole in the trainer. When I contacted the company they told me that it was my fault and they would get them only repaired for me. My fear was the trainer would snap again so I rejected. Considering they are a high end, expensive brand they could not help at-all. Would not use again.

Never use their online portal

One month ago I ordered some shoes online - they have yet to arrive, I’ve repeatedly been told my various complaints have been escalated which appears to be complete rubbish and, despite now asking for a refund given my shoes are nowhere in sight, have yet to see my money.

They are acting like common thieves and it is disgusting that a high end retailer can get away with this.

Nothing but good experiences for me

I personally can't understand the amount of bad reviews.I have never had a problem with Jimmy Choo. Fast delivery, lovely products that are well packaged and a hassle free returns policy. Couldn't be happier and will continue to be a loyal customer.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS STUPID COMPANY

I am very upset with a number of things!
I purchased my wedding shoes from JC, I tried them on for my dress fitting, and the heel had twisted half way round. £500 shoes shouldn’t do this!! It has been over a week since I made the complaint to JC - AND STILL NO RESPONSE! My wedding is in a few months, and I am very concerned about the way they deal with their customers. It’s actually disgusting.

Terrible Customer Service

After being a loyal customer for so many years I am so horrified at the bad service received this time I'm confident I will not order from then again. Absolutely no concern for the customer or going the extra mile to provide even decent customer service. Its like talking to a robot. So disappointed.. this used to be my favourite brand.

Disappointing

The pair they sent me shows signs of wear. It looks like a display pair in one of their shops that has been tried on multiple times. My expectations were high as Jimmy Choo is a “luxury” brand, but it seems the quality and service is deteriorating. Customer service said they highly value their clients but their claim does not reflect the shoes they sent me, including the packaging which was like rubbish. Very disappointing!Returned the shoes for a refund. Will never purchase from them again.

Ridicolous customer “service”

I bought a pair of boots online, they arrived scratched, I tried to return them but the ID numbers on the receipt weren’t recognized by the JC System, I contacted the customer service 3 times but I received no answer, eventually I’ve been reached via email but they...just responded to the email without helping me in addressing their issue, so far I’m still waiting for support ... I Made hundreds of purchases on line and I never ever faced such a ridicolous situation. I’m disgusted.

I had a horrendous experience with…

I had a horrendous experience with Martina the manager at the London store. I had bought a bag on sale and because it was a different color (yellow) I was really on the fence about it. The sales lady who helped me buy it was very sweet but she forgot to tell me that it was final sale. When I went back to return it as I didn’t like the color in the daylight, the staff at the store on new bond street made me wait for 20 mins saying that they had to “deal with other customers” when everyone had already been dealt with. They then proceeded to very rudely say that company policy indicates that we cannot exchange or return the bag, to which I said I understand but the sales lady did not tell me that else I wouldn’t have bought it. They were condescending and rude and eventually did not do anything to help me. I left in a huff.

Jimmy Choo - Pathetic all around

$2,500 bag/purse shipped in a generic shipping box. Arrived with scratches and indentations. Customer Service is awful. Took 3 weeks to receive a refund. Pathetic and quite amazing considering it’s a luxury brand. Never again. Never. Awful. Should be 0 Stars.

Perfect online shopping experience

Perfect online shopping experience !
Grabbed a bargain in their sale with 50% off.
Perfect communication, instant shipping albeit over the Christmas period, no delays whatsoever.
Beautifully wrapped and packaged!
Stunning item, cannot recommend enough, surprised by the negative reviews but this does not put me off as I know and trust the brand very well, I’m a very happy customer!

Jimmy Choo worst customer service - they better check amazon

Jimmy Choo online customer service - worst experience ever!

--Update Jan 5,2020: After a chat containing defamation from the service staff in December and an additional email form Jimmy Choo Online Customer Service on Jan 3rd what required another detailed explanation from my side as already given in December, they got it eventually that I never signed anything. They actually apologise that I won't get back my money but due to the misuse of my signature they would like to investigate this path... even if I will never get back my money and even if they didn't do anything so far except rejection and defamation.
Also the second service staff still don't know about the German DHL procedure.

--1st contact with Jimmy Choo Help Desk - Dec.20,2019:
Jimmy Choo customer service is unliveable bad - worst experience ever. For products with prices like at Choo I would expect a service and support what is at least close to the Amazon service culture.
It seems my return got lost on its way back to the UK. Unfortunately I cannot find my return labe I received at the post office. The lady didn't even try to get further information or tried to do anything except looking for a number what I couldn't provide. She wasn't even familiar with the post procedure in Germany and she denied that I requested a different delivery date in the first step. What a disappointing experience. I called DHL right after that - totally different, they tried at least to help and did as much research as possible. This service experience was so difficult and disappointing that Jimmy choo lost a faithful customer. It is not worth it and it looks like I lost EUR 780. Thank you for nothing!

Used to be so good, now so bad!

Ordered a black bag, they sent a grey one. Loads of hassle trying to get the black one. Wanted it for the next day so asked them to send me a next day delivery code. Re-ordered the black but when I sent they grey back they exchanged it for another black one. Sent this back but then they deducted the next day delivery from my return so now £7.50 out of pocket for their mistake. Also noticed they are sending lots of Z list celebs free stuff. Decided I don't want to be associated with that type of brand.

Broken app

I spent £1350 on a pair of heated voyager boots. I loved them, however something happened to the app this year and the boots haven't worked for months. I have sent about 20 emails and made numerous phone calls to try and sort this.

All the poor reviews on the app store suggest this is a problem that all users are facing yet Jimmy Choo show a total reluctance to admit there is anything wrong.I had to contact the app developer directly who are also trying to assure me there is nothing wrong. I know there is something wrong for me and other users.

The boots are now not able to be used for their actual purpose. The service has been a sham and i've not felt like a valued customer at any point. They've taken my £1350 and decided that the problems with the boots and app are my problems alone.

Update : I eventually spoke to the app developer directly and they set me up on a new platform. The app developer was extremely helpful. Jimmy Choo should have had them deal with the issues from the start.

I wouldn’t even rate them one star it’s…

I wouldn’t even rate them one star it’s just I couldn’t do any less ! Jimmy Choo supposedly a premium product but no premium aftercare service !! Bought a pair of boots and zip got stuck and wouldn’t budge while it was still on my foot ! Over an hour of pulling trying to get it off by my husband , which, was filmed, as at one stage I thought he had broken my ankle how hard he had to pull😡. Selfridges replaced after sending them away ! But happened again to the other boots and again zip was fully stuck !! Thank god since previous episode I tested zips before I put them on ! Again sent away to be told there is nothing wrong with them . No body from jimmy Choo or selfridges are keen to sort this out !! Think again before buying off jimmy Choo ! Selfridges still have my boots and not contacting me 😡.

Voyager heated boots don’t work

Voyager heated boots don’t work, and jimmy choo just ignore my emails. Horrible experience from this brand has completely ruined my 15 year relationship with them, would never buy another product again.
