I needed to get cameras for our live streaming set up and had other ideas in mind. Jig saw 24 arranged a meeting for me with their camera specialist Anthony. I must say the level of service was exceptional, despite covid, i managed to get most of my order in time and must say, i was very impressed with the equipment I ended up purchasing. Charlie, the accounts manager was very professional throughout. Thank you Jigsaw 24. I highly recommend them for all your IT related needs, they will not disappoint.

Really helpful, kept me updated on a longer than usual wait for an LG 4K screen. Was given regular updates, and it arrived before the anticipated date. Secure UPS delivery deffo very good.

Terrible company and lack of communication, my friend applied for this company was told he had a job by multiple people from this firm and was told he had to wait on funding before he could start... made to wait 2 months with no communication not even a LOE to then be told today he is no longer needed

Jigsaw 24’s communication was excellent.
They kept me informed about what was happening with my order and when it was due to be delivered.
The parcel arrived on time and was well packaged.

Good pricing on the camera we ordered and was sent as soon as it was available. UPS were a bit of a nightmare with trying to rearrange delivery but that isn't Jigsaw24's fault. Would happily purchase from again if the price is right.

Excellent service - ordered my stuff and it came the next day

Good customer service and helpful staff when purchasing hard drives. However one developed a fault after 6 weeks, (after the 30 day grace period) and Jigsaw would not have it returned, insisting I had to take it up with the drive manufacturer. This seems like a poor response - I was happy to buy a replacement drive from them but having spent days trying to get this drive fixed, and having nearly lost an awful lot of work due to the faulty drive, you would think they would take a hit on the return to keep future custom. They have an agreement that after 30 days it is up to the manufacturer to fix the issue, but I don't want a like-for-like replacement as I have lost faith in the brand, and now Jigsaw24 too.
