Great experience with Jewel Windows
We had our windows replaced over two days by Andy and Kyle. Throughout the time they were fitting the windows they were polite and on time a credit to Jewel. Very happy with the new windows 10/10.

Full window replacement in 4 bedroom house
Jewel Home were not the cheapest quote I received , however, you get what you pay for and these guys were great value for money . The sales team offered me alternative solutions not only to improve what I had requested but also options to save on cost.
The original quote was clear and easy to understand with a detailed breakdown by window and also offered me the chance to view the products in their Bagshot show room . Once we had agreed the final scope and costs the installation team were quick to carry out a full survey and confirm a installation date and confirm the duration of the works, which were indeed met . The installation itself went like clock work , with minimal disruption and an impressively , courteous and tidy team who surpassed my expectations to the amount of ' making good' I would have after completion . Would have no hesitation recommending Jewell Homes for this type of installation.

Don't go anywhere near this company, we moved to a house which had FENSA certificate from them 2 years ago, their installation was extremely bad to the point window frames has massive movement. In order to bypass FENSA, they had changed their company name in 2024. Protect yourself and avoid them , they are COWBOYS

Excellent work and service!
We are absolutely thrilled with our new windows and cannot reccomend Jewel Windows highly enough. The whole process from concept through to completion was faultless. The whole team were extremely friendly and professional and really made the project so easy. Our fitters, Matt, Kevin and James did a really wonderful job at replacing all 7 of our windows and explained everything fully, working extremely hard over a day and a half. They were also very clean and tidied everything away wonderfully and were very respectful of our family home. I will certainly be recommending Jewel windows to friends and family and we will definitely use them again for any future projects. It really has transformed the look of our house, inside and out! Many thanks to the whole Team!

Everything from initial contact to installation was superb and very professional. The attention to detail in the survey and fitting was second to none. The quality of the products are excellent. Still not complete and numerous errors
The sales person was very professional and responded quickly to queries. The booking process took longer than expected (I had been told they would try & fit us in sooner but I didn’t hear from them further on this). They kept then changing the day they would arrive. The fitter was very friendly and professional on site but out of 9 windows - 3 were not right. One is still missing a catch (agreed & paid for in initial scope) I’ve chased numerous times. One was wrong size & one was damaged. On the second visit two tiles were knocked off our roof - still waiting for them to be refitted. We also had to pay 90% of the fees before they started any real work so I’m hoping they finish it before I pay the remainder. Haven’t really been kept informed fully of what is happening. unfortunately I’ve found that the professional outfit of this team finishes at the sales pitch. Still desperately hoping it will be finished off.

Brilliant work and service
Very happy with our new bi-fold doors.
Andy and Kyle were friendly, professional, and did a perfect job. They had a bit more to do than planned owing to some cowboy plastering by the previous owner, but they called a plasterer round the following day who was equally excellent.
Overall, an exceptional service. We will be calling of Jewel again when we need another door and windows sorted and will be recommending to friends.
