Excellent service from start to finish and no messing about with quotes. Everyone was very friendly and communication was excellent and the new doors and windows look amazing.

Top job by Truglaze, excellent service. Very happy with the competitive quote (we did compare with alternate suppliers). A professional yet informal demeanor. Delivery didn't take long and was performed on the agreed date, no mucking about. Really pleased with the finished result of our replacement windows. Excellent job by Truglaze. Order process was very professional, replacement windows were of good quality and value, and the fitters were really first rate. Polite and friendly service throughout, I would say this crew of Bret and Dan were about the best work crew we've had in our house - quick work, no messing about and very clean, they did leave the place spotless after every day of work. Would recommend without any reservations at all.

Fantastic pre-sale team that were all really helpful with suggestions for window choices that we hadn't considered. Very quick turnaround from survey to fitting. Painless and clean installation managed by Paul that took 2 days less than expected - oh and the price was super reasonable too 😃 Can't recommend highly enough.

Dave visited to provide a quote on the same day we contacted Truglaze; he was helpful & professional. Installation took place within one month of ordering on scheduled date. Matt completed initial brickwork efficiently & was always respectful working consistently through bad weather conditions and took care to leave everything clean & tidy. The installation team (Brett & Dave) were conscientious, hardworking, courteous & tidy. They installed our 10 windows in 2 days, working solidly throughout heavy rain. We experienced friendly, fast, efficient customer service throughout the whole process and are delighted with our new windows. We are happy to recommend Truglaze unreservedly.

I have recently had three new windows installed at the front of the house and an area bricked up between two bedroom windows as part of the job. I'm delighted with the standard of the windows and fitting. The fitters worked hard and the builder (Matt) was brilliant: he did a meticulous job matching the existing brick slips on the house.

I spent a huge amount of time researching what company to use for 15 windows, patio doors and to replace a sizeable roof lantern. I went to 6 companies and chose Truglaze. What did I get… highly professional and personal service, attention to detail, listening to what the customer wants / requests, extremely suuuperb sash casement windows, patio doors and new flat glass lantern to replace old traditional one.
I cannot thank Truglaze enough, from Rob’s visit and swift communications with me throughout the process, to Dave in the showroom, Carl’s measuring / surveying and talking me through various options with change in roof lantern, to the fantastic fitting by Brett and Dan. All very polite, courteous, tidy, hard working with a finished installation and product that is outstanding.
I don’t normally do reviews but Truglaze have made the significant upgrade to our home a pleasurable experience.

Had a small problem with one of our locks in a door fitted sometime ago. From the initial call to Paul their technician arriving and promptly adjusting and fixing our problem was a matter of just hours. And just a few days before Christmas! This company is professional and has provides outstanding post installation service. Recommend to all.
