I am very satisfied with this product

Bad quality, bad customer support.

I ordered a ring, but the black finish began peeling off after just a few days. Despite sending several emails and support tickets, I was offered a replacement ring for €30 — even though I had clearly stated that I wanted to return the item for a full refund.
The product quality is poor, customer support is difficult to reach, and there is little understanding when it comes to returns.
My fiancée is also unhappy with the quality.

The website made it easy to find…

The website made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for and the checkout process was very quick and straightforward. It didn’t take much time at all to finalize my purchase. I ordered an engagement ring and I’m really excited to get it!

Not what they seem, AVOID them please

Sneaky cancellation charges, a complete lack of customer services and all around terrible experience.
The website and ordering process seem completely well-made and professional, but it has now been a month since I made my order and it is still showing as "processing". I requested an update via their customer service and received an automated response email which states there are "severe delays" in the production process. I then requested to cancel my order 12 days ago, received another automated response encouraging me not to cancel as I would incur a 30% materials fee for a custom item (I had not customised beyond picking a ring size). I responded and requested to cancel and have had no further response from them for over 9 days now.
Completely awful company, would avoid them at all costs!

There are no excuses for this, and we take full responsibility for letting you down.

We want to address your concerns immediately and make this right. Please be assured that we have waived the 30% materials fee entirely, and we have processed a full 100% refund for your order. You should see the funds returned to your original payment method within the next few business days.

We also want to clarify that selecting a ring size does not classify an item as a custom order, and you should never have been penalized or stressed by automated messages regarding cancellation fees. We are currently reviewing our automated email system and customer service protocols to ensure this never happens to another customer.
