Not what they seem, AVOID them please

Sneaky cancellation charges, a complete lack of customer services and all around terrible experience.
The website and ordering process seem completely well-made and professional, but it has now been a month since I made my order and it is still showing as "processing". I requested an update via their customer service and received an automated response email which states there are "severe delays" in the production process. I then requested to cancel my order 12 days ago, received another automated response encouraging me not to cancel as I would incur a 30% materials fee for a custom item (I had not customised beyond picking a ring size). I responded and requested to cancel and have had no further response from them for over 9 days now.
Completely awful company, would avoid them at all costs!

We completely understand your frustration regarding the production delays, the confusing automated messages about cancellation fees, and the unacceptable lack of communication from our support team over the past month. There are no excuses for this, and we take full responsibility for letting you down.

We want to address your concerns immediately and make this right. Please be assured that we have waived the 30% materials fee entirely, and we have processed a full 100% refund for your order. You should see the funds returned to your original payment method within the next few business days.

We also want to clarify that selecting a ring size does not classify an item as a custom order, and you should never have been penalized or stressed by automated messages regarding cancellation fees. We are currently reviewing our automated email system and customer service protocols to ensure this never happens to another customer.

We are truly sorry for the stress, disappointment, and time this has cost you. We understand that your trust has been broken, but we hope that processing this full refund promptly shows our commitment to resolving this matter fairly.

Terrible service

Terrible service, the ring took forever to come and when it finally did my fiancé didn’t like it so wanted to return it

Returns process is a nightmare, emailing round and round in circles to get a “return ticket” and an address to return it too! Now communication has just stopped completely! No reply in nearly a week

Avoid at all costs!

I complete my order

I complete my order. My purchase for daughter’s graduation for few hundreds of dollars went to the wrong address. It is impossible to contact THESE people. Talking to AI which constantly leads me in cycles.
