Good product, Phil was great, two month late tho

Unfortunately my order was lost in postage not only once but twice.
Jelly frog were very prompt with communication and getting another order sent back out along with an extra freebie.
This was for a recipient who was very happy with their gift.

Excellent choice of designs and great quality. Also received a free mystery t shirt with my order which was a bonus

Ordered two mystery boxes will admit had to wait several months due the popularity of items BUT I was not disappointed the items very great quality and more than worth the price. Was also given a free t-shirt because of the delay.

Amazing choice of clothes! I ordered 6 items and all are fabulous quality and arrived promptly! Even received a free shirt that my son loved! Would recommend and will purchase again 😊

So ordered T-shirt from Jelly frog … first time using order was accepted but I never received so emailed company and from then on Phil supported me … said it had been sent in royal mail batch post so would presume lost !
Promised the T-shirt would be sent out once back in stock however couple more weeks went by and no sign so emailed again and once again Phil responded and to cut a long story short decided to get an alternative colour which was duly posted and arrived within a few days along with an extra T-shirt by way of apology for the delay
So yes I was a little sceptical about jelly frog but actually can now say they are legit and very communicative once contacted about an issue so please don’t worry if you want to order from them … go ahead!

Delivery time was slow due to supplier issues but Phil was great in keeping me updated, oasis mystery box 100% worth money

Mystery box was good, quality excellent, however as a gift it was useless as it arrived much to late.

Ordered a korn mystery box back in August unfortunately still waiting for it but jelly frogs customer service (phil) is honestly with update, will definitely order more bits soon.

The order took a while to arrive, supposedly lost by Royal Mail but a simple email to the contact on the website got it sent out. Nice products in the mystery box, two t-shirts, some socks, a cap and an iron-on patch. Freebie t-shirt wasn't a band I'd heard of but again, nice product and all seems decent quality stuff.

First order went off without a hitch but second order I asked to be cancelled then was informed a refund would be processed and take 5 working days (says 3 on their website though). I sat awaiting the refund and haven’t received anything and it’s been 10 days now. I’ve emailed them multiple times and didn’t get a response, so created another email and emailed them pretending to be interested in a bulk order (shockingly they replied to that email but not my other emails). I can see others have had similar issues with this company and would advise extreme caution when using them. I will have to contact my bank to reverse the charge now.

Still waiting for my order that I placed in September, although I have emailed and had replies that it must have got lost in the post, and they are sending it out again, it was for a birthday present so wasn’t happy that the birthday has passed, it can now be a Christmas present but I’m just gutted it didn’t arrive and it’s a good job I emailed as I then found out it must have got lost, happy though that I’m being sent it again so I haven’t lost my money, just not a very good first order

Order arrived late as it was lost in the post so I emailed asking about it and the response was immediate and very helpful, they sorted it immediately, Very good and friendly customer service.

I absolutely love jelly frog! Especially their mystery boxes. I recently bought their Imagine dragons mystery box and there was one thing in there that I already owned, one of the t-shirts. But in the box there was in total, 2 shirts, a pair of sick, an iron on badge and a cap, so well worth the money!!!
