Great quality items. Was unable to add my free shirt on my order so that was a bummer & one of my items was out of stock when my order was filled. But what I did get were awesome and customer service was very professional and helpful with my question. I'll just keep an eye on the items to come back into stock and make a new order 😉 love that the merchandise is licensed too.

I only take time to leave reviews if i get outstanding customer service or really poor customer service, the one star rating tells you why i've taken the time to write this one.
Also they kindly sent me the link to Trustpilot to leave a review with the promise of a free tee, which makes me wonder why they have such a high positive rating on here.. and by submitting this review i can comfirm it is based on a genuine experience and i haven't received an incentive to write it.
So when you email them to chase your order, which you'll have to do, & they say they are really busy, i'm guessing they are busy, fending off unhappy customers.

Very pleased with my purchases and prompt service from Jelly Frog, even when I made a boo boo with my order they were very helpful a dealt with the issue immediately.

Excellent communication, good delivery. Ordered tshirts, all sizes were as expected. Great service, I will be using this site again and would definitely recommend it. Also got the bonus of a free tshirt!

The order did take absolutely ages to arrive though, so if you're in a rush, maybe factor that in.

There is a fantastic selection of merch on jelly frog, I ordered 2 t shirts, getting another free! I had a query on delivery times which was responded to quickly and my new tees arrived a couple of days after. The quality of the t shirts is great and I'll be sure to check out some of their other stuff!

Product looks very good. Time for delivery was a bit long, customer services where quick in responding and did state that it was in the ts&cs. Not sure I would have noticed it if they hadn’t pointed it out.
