I ordered Air Max shoes.
I ordered Air Max shoes.. I recieved two different shoes thst were also already used. I didn’t get aty kind of help and was told that there were no other numbers anywhere. They told me I could get the other airmax but had to pay the full price? I don’t understand how can it be like that when it is not my fault you sent me two different shoes.. and i was told that ”your normal compensation is 10€”???. Definitely the worst experience until now.

Delivery failed
One star because the delivery failed badly. Courier informed the delivery date and exact time. Surprisingly I got message that the address was wrong and the product couldn´t be delivered. In my initial order to JD, all info was correct.
I am still waiting my product.
