Customer service sucks big time
I ordered three items for my son for Christmas.I only received one and haven’t received two items.No refund and no items.When I contacted the customer service,the other item was still available but now they are sold out.Really bad experience and my son got so disappointed.The customer service doesn’t have a clue how to maintain great service.Hope to get my refund asap.

I order size L but the hoodie pants…
I order size L but the hoodie pants came XL AND Jacket size L. I have complained about that almost 2 weeks ago and I don’t even get answer. Note that it’s the second time I order from JD and SECOND time it comes with something wrong. I do not recommend ordering from JD.

Ordered Aug/11th, still waiting info when I can pick it fm the store. So transport time is now 13 days already.
