Poor Customer Service Selly Oak…
Second time I've used user Selly Oak store to have items delivered to my son's hospital (mental health) , on both occasions we have been specific about the style of trainer's wanted, both times your staff have reassured us they are ordering correctly & both times they have been wrong...
My son gets limited time out to shop & I live 20 miles away, both times I have had to drive over & collect the wrong trainer's to return for refunds.
There will NOT be a third time!!!

Went in and waited 30 mins for the staff to not get us the trainers to try on, we asked three members of staff and almost missed our bus

The quality of the product was great
The quality of the product was great. The delivery and courier was not to good. The parcel was damaged on delivery but it had been taped up. On opening the parcel the top was half out of the clear bag and damaged. I then had to travel to my local out let to exchange it where I had to wait for this to be delivered.

Did not have my size of trainers in stock but was directed to screen where I could order them online and receive them 3 days later at my address at no extra charge in time for my holidays .Excellent help from assistant in store

Never return something too a store nightmare
Goes into shop too return items New Brand so don’t know size everything too small £3.00 too return so goes into shop grumpy staff why can’t u just return too Evri shop it won’t go through our system she gets manger and she goes did u keep anything out of the order how ignorant ye I did actually so then filled out a form with 9 items on it but week later they 9 items still have not been refunded never shopping online in this shop again always use too be a great service

Both children needed new trainers. I used my bluelight card and saved £22 per pair as there was an offer of 20%off full price. I ordered online and both pairs were delivered to the door, with free delivery included.
