My order was split into 2 parcels
My order was split into 2 parcels. At no time before the order did they say something was out of stock. The first parcel arrived and was missing a pack of socks. I called JD and te advisor did not understand we were missing something. I waited for second parcel, still missing a pack of socks and then they decided to tell me something out of stock. Really not happy with them and can’t be bothered to put in a complaint as they probably still will not understand what I am talking about

Bought some clothes on sale and guess…
Bought some clothes on sale and guess what , most of them odd sizes and very low quality, thought i got a bargain, returned few of them and whats left worn couple of times on holiday and end up throwing them away, also return process is quite complicated when you try to return in store , very disappointed 😞
