Worst shopping site I have ever experienced

Worst shopping site I have ever experienced .I made my normal order on 02/14/2022 for 6 items with a total amount of 106 £. the total amount has been debited and the order was only shipped on 04/20/2022, so after a week from the date of my order.
Out of the 6 clothes they chose, they only sent me one, it's their own brand. they do it on purpose to sell their own brands. I think it's a site that discriminates against some of its buyers. How to explain the fact of ordering objects and receiving their price and not sending them. they favor some consumers over others.
it's not the first time they've done this to me. they only send me the brand they want to sell at all costs.
I am only losing my money through the exchange. by paying and refunding.
Before that, I made an order that I did not receive. I had to contact them several times so that I could be refunded. fortunately the package was returned to them otherwise I would have lost my money because they refuse to refund. following this, they promised me a coupon which I have never received since 01/14/2022.
This site has nothing to do with the ones I use like: Spartoo, Asos, MP, shein, prozis...
Solve the problem of out of stock directly at the time of the order as on many sites and as especially jdsports france.
do not debit the amount of the order only at the time of sending such as the MP site.

If it excited -10 I would choose it

If I could choose -10 I would choose it. Awful company. I have ordered shoes I never got. I have sent them many mails responding they are still investigating my case and they didn't care to find a solution. I have lost my money of course. Keep away from them. That's why they erase comments on Facebook's post.

They are a joke but I also blame my experience with Hermes as well they delivered a parcel in November took pic of where they left it but also took parcel back with them so that was classed as lost as my word and neighbour word was not good enough that cost me £70 absolutely a joke , am still waiting for a Xmas present I ordered 2 weeks ago absolutely a joke will never use them again

AVOID at all costs!

Placed order on 18.3.17 with a delivery date of 19.3.17.
After waiting in all day for delivery on 19.3.17, I received an email at 13.59pm advising the order had been cancelled.
On 20.3.17 money was taken from my account which I have not yet been refunded.

By far this is the single worst online shopping experience I have encountered.
AVOID!

Rubish Customer Service and irresponsible manager

I refund to item to the store on 06.01.2017 but I still have not received my money back and when I call customer service (Emily ) she wasnot responsible and the manager ( Sean ) did not want to speak with me!!! If they gave me correct name.!!!
I do not recomand to anyone.

Terrible service from JD.

Terrible service from JD. Ordered way before Christmas and heard nothing. Couldn't get through on phone or email as company obviously couldn't cope with the demand pre-Christmas. Left without my order 3 days before Christmas so ordered same shoes from somewhere else which arrived within 24 hours. JD didn't contact me to let me know where my order was, whether it would arrive or not. I cancelled the order and they refunded in full with no apology. Terrible, will not shop here again. Steer Clear.

Took My Money And Never Received My Shoes!!!! 😠😡

I went to JD sports/ champion Sports in savoy shopping centre in cork and asked for New Balance shoes. The shoes were not in the store at the time and the assistant told me I could order the shoes on the computer in the store so that's what I did! They were to be delivered within 3-5 days but never came! I rang AND emailed and they told me that the shoes were gone.. That they were out of stock .. I asked for a refund and they told me they would give me a refund within 3-5 days.. It's been much longer than that and I still have not received my money. I am trying to call them on the phone but it seems to be disconnected. I am extremely annoyed with JD sports as I did not receive any phone call about the shoes being out of stock and I only found out this because I rang THEM. This is totally unacceptable and I expect a full refund because 1) I didn't receive the shoes and 2) no one contacted me to let me know they were out of stock ..

Took my money and never sent me my item!!!!😡😡😡😡

I ordered a jacket for my son which cost £45, it was to small so I returned it back and asked for a bigger size but I have never received my item or my money back and when ever I call they tell me they will call me back because they can't see any info regarding my item which but after 1 year am still trying and I get the same results 'we will call you back'.

GET ORDERS MIXED UP AND SOMETIMES NOT ALL YOUR STUFF D ARRIVE SOME MISSING AND YOU HAVE RING THEM WAIT FOR AGES ON THE PHONE ASK THEM WHY THIS ITEM HASN'T ARRIVED YET ...AND THEN THEY TELL YOU SORRY OUT OF STOCK ONLINE FIGURES ARE WRONG ITS NOT UPDATED WE OUT OF STOCK . AND THAT'S AFTER YOU ORDER IT AND YOU PAID FOR IT ONLINE. THEY GIVE YOU REFUND BUT THAT'S IT.
