If i could give 0 stars i would.
The lady at the fitting rooms was extremely unfriendly, not to say rude! My friend was not allowed to close her fitting room, this is very inappropriate! We only had 1 short to try on each, so not a lot of pieces. And when it didn't fit and we wanted to hang it on an empty clothing rack next to the fitting rooms, as usually meant for clothes that do not fit, she rolled her eyes and said "you do whatever", i said exuse me what do you mean, and she kept on being extrmely rude. This is not how customers should be treated in a store, if we weren't meant to hang the clothes there she should just have asked us to put them back in a polite way, their staff realy could learn some basic manners.

No customer service existing
JD Sports has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. There is no phone number to call, emails go unanswered, and there is literally no way to get help. Once they have your money, you are completely on your own. This is unacceptable for a company of this size. Do not order here if you expect any support! I still have a lost package and no wait to solve this on my own.

There is NO PHONE NUMBER you can call NOT EVEN a chatbot/livechat. Customer service is less then 0/10. It’s the year 2025… maybe they have al the products you are looking for but COSTUMER SERVICE IS WORST I EVER HAD. Would rather pay more then have this experience!

Great service
I received the shoes in due time, I needed to exchange so I went to the JD Sports at Wijnegem and was super crowded nonetheless the staff was super friendly specialy Alicia (I'm not sure of her name).

My first order has lost
My first order has lost. Then i ordered second time and now i had to call transport company and jd several times to receive my orders. So my overall experience is not good due to several delays which i was not expecting from such a big company like jd sport.
