UNFAIR POLICIES: Zero flexibility for immediate booking errors
I am extremely disappointed with the management of Jardin Majorelle regarding a booking error. I purchased tickets and realized within minutes that the date was incorrect. I contacted customer service immediately to request a refund or a reasonable solution, demonstrating total good faith.
Despite my prompt communication (sent almost instantly after the transaction), they refused a refund, hiding behind rigid Terms & Conditions. More absurdly, they offered a "gesture of goodwill" by allowing a date change, fully knowing I am an international traveler and would no longer be in Marrakech on those dates. Offering a "solution" that is objectively impossible to use is not goodwill; it is a mockery of consumer rights.
In a modern tourism industry, refusing a refund for a mistake reported within minutes—where no service was provided and no loss was incurred by the venue—is a predatory and unfair business practice.
PRO TIP FOR TRAVELERS: Be extremely careful. If you make a typo or a clicking error, this establishment will keep your money regardless of how fast you report it. There are many other beautiful spots in Marrakech with much more professional and ethical customer service.
