They try to claim you smoked in the room to get some extra money out of you. Because it's so bad no one will ever come back a second time anyways.
Denied the claim, they threatened with legal actions... Never heard from them again.

Warning! Stay away

We had booked 2 nights, but after the first night we decided to book another hotel instead and just lose the money we had spend on the second night.
First of all the madrases are rock solid, and I only slept a few hours as it was nearly impossible to sleep on the beds. My boyfriend woke up with back pain.
Furthermore, when we checked in we got a room code that was wrong, so we had to call them to get another code.
There was an also lot of noise from the hallway.
We called them to let them know we had a terrible experience, but the only thing they could offer was a voucher for a free nigh, which we obviously do not want.

Worst hotel experience ever

Worst hotel experience ever. We booked three nights for a total of 140 euros - the money was changed to our credit cards on the day we confirmed the booking. This was 3 weeks ahead of our expected arrival.
We got caught in traffic and didn’t make it to the hotel till the second day of our reservation. We could not get into our rooms because it didn’t recognise our booking.
After 1,5 hours on the phone it turns out that they have cancelled the room because we arrived on the second day. But we were ‘lucky’ because there was one room available (our own room) that they now can offer at 250 euros per night, on top of the 45 euros per night we had already paid for the same room.
This is one big scam- don’t go there.
