One meal had one, yes one piece of Chicken only.

Delivery like most of my 5 deliveries was delayed.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. When our meals are prepared in the kitchens, the sauces are made separately and the meat is subsequently added in by hand. Once packed, the finished meal is measured by weight, so occasionally some meals may contain less meat than others. This may be what happened here, and we sincerely apologise for this. In regards to the delivery delays, once orders are with DHL this is slightly out of our control, however our team are always available to assist with any delivery issues and provide support where possible.

We’re really sorry to hear that your meal arrived in this condition. This is not the standard we expect, and we appreciate how disappointing this must have been.

All of our meals are carefully prepared and leave us in perfect condition. In rare cases, damage can occur in transit which can compromise the packaging and allow air in, leading to spoilage. As we do not use added preservatives, this process can happen more quickly than in some other products.

Herby and spicy

Although I have been enjoying the meals, they are overloaded with herbs and spices and mostly taste the same!
The meat in them is real meat, however, and enough of it in the portions

meals are awful and I have stomach…

meals are awful and I have stomach upset which stops me continuing with them. Misleading advertising they say complete meals but you have to add vegetables, fruit, milk and yogurt. Even the so called delicious lasagne is terrible, a sloppy gunge. Tried cancelling but they want to fine me £33O or so. Told them medically unable to continue but they refuse to listen.

There is no common ingredient across the Jane Plan meals that would typically cause an upset stomach, although individual meals do of course contain different ingredients. All allergens and ingredients are clearly displayed both on our website and on the meal packaging to help members make informed choices.

Our meals are designed to form part of a balanced calorie-controlled plan, and we do recommend adding fruit, vegetables and dairy alongside the meals to help keep members feeling full and energised throughout the day. We do try to make this clear throughout the plan and appreciate your feedback.

We offer a choice of over 80 meals and the flexibility to change your menu between deliveries, so we’re sorry that the options selected were not the right fit for you.

We would also like to clarify that we do have a cancel any time policy with no cancellation fees. However, our longer plans are offered at a discounted rate, so if cancelled early, we simply ask members to pay the difference between the discounted plan taken and the shorter duration completed, as outlined in our terms and conditions.

Food awful

Food awful. Thought I could cancel any time without penalty but was charged 150 for cancelling as I had unknowingly signed up for 8 months. Would not have bought food had I know.

Not suitable for the elderly

So sick of the difficult to open packets that explode in the microwave. Hardly any protein, lots of sugar, salt and sauce. You end up adding meat and veg so what's the point? Very expensive, even on the really long contracts. Only good point, you do lose weight, but it's really just an exercise in portion control. Deliveries very unreliable and in boxes too heavy to carry indoors. Can't wait for my contract to end.

All of our meals are created by registered nutritionists to be healthy, balanced and portion-controlled, with the aim of supporting a healthy weight loss of 1–2lbs per week. On a fat-loss plan, the goal is to achieve the right balance: enough protein to support strength, recovery and muscle retention, while still keeping calories low enough to maintain a calorie deficit. The meals are designed with this balance in mind, providing suitable protein levels for fat loss rather than the higher amounts typically associated with maintenance or muscle-gain plans.

To much chilli

Hi, all ok for breakfast, lunch & dinner, to many of them have chilli in them so really I should not be eating them but have added plain yogurt to calm it down, same as the ones with curry flavour. I’m on medication for acid reflux. Loving the soups.

I have made a big mistake

I have made a big mistake, I should have only signed up for 1 month instead of 6
I was swayed by adverts instead of just trying it myself. I’m going to ring customer service to hopefully resolve my problem.

I have been very impressed with Jane…

I have been very impressed with Jane Plan. The boxes always arrived on the date given and I have always enjoyed the contents. I asked ,when first ordering, not to include spicy food and this was taken into consideration.I would also like to say how impressed I have been by the prompt and very kind response I have received today from Maria to my original e mail. It is not often one finds such consideration. Well done Jane Plan.

I had to ring up to get help a couple of times and the girls on the phone were so very helpful no bother at all it won’t worry me if I have to ring again and the food is tasty !!
