Not worth the money. All meals are horrible and taste the same.
Mash is like dried powdered solid lumps

Little to no effort required to prepare. Soups are rather on the salty side. I really dislike the fact that the film on dinner meals does not peel back and I have to resort to using knife or scissors which is messy and also sligtly burns my fingers. I so dislike this that it might even be a reason for my not ordering again

Very pleased with the product. Am losing a sensible amount of weight each week - about 2 pounds - without feeling hunger pangs. The meals, while not gourmet, are tasty enough to enjoy. Especially appreciate having snacks, which I use as my lunch dessert. Would recommend to anyone who wants to lose weight. I'll be spoiled by the end of the program by the convenience of just a quick microwave to make my lunch and dinner! 5 stars.

I know I need time to lose weight so I signed up for the 8 month plan as it is the cheapest. I thought mistakenly that I could cancel if i didnt get on with it. Well you can but they charge you £240 in the second month to cancel. They say its to make it the same price as the 2 moth plan had I signed up. So my advice is sign for 1 month at a time if you think the food is worth it carry on . If I had done that i woukd not have carried on. The food is often spicy or bland and not value for money in my opinion. They will say they have lots of choice and that is true but I only enjoyed eating 10% of them! Try it for one month if you must is my advice but only sign up for a month.

Jane Plan is an excellent idea, simple from beginning to end and really does work. I lost 9 pounds in my first 4 weeks which was astonishing! However, for me personally the food did not agree with me and I stopped after 2 months rather than the 4 I had signed up for. Jane Plan were brilliant. There was no problem with cancelling my subscription and Fatima made it such a simple process. There was no pressure applied to make me stay, instead Fatima was very helpful and prompt in her responses. So thank you Jane Plan and I would still heartily recommend it as a diet plan!

Have been receiving my meals for the past 6 months, there are lots nice meals however it gets a bit boring so had quite a bit backlog of meals. I didn't realise I have the option of pausing deliveries, today Fatima kindly supported me with this and it went so fast! She responded my email within a hour and it went so smoothly. Many thanks, I really like Jane Plan (it also works, soon be hitting 3 ST in weight loss!)

Many of the lunch and dinner meals were too hot and spicy. I have been told not to eat hot spicy foods, but I was not given a choice of meals from you.
I found it quite difficult to take the plastic film off of the hot meals
I did enjoy the breakfasts especially the Janeplan bars and the Salads and soups.

I had to cancel my 8 month plan due to an unexpected change in circumstance, after two deliveries. Jane Plan's customer service graciously waived the conversion charge due for early contract termination. I am immensely grateful for their understanding and look forward to returning when things settle. Thank you Jane Plan!

I signed up to Jane Plan's 8-month vegetarian programme because the company promotes a wide range of meal choices and variety. As a vegetarian, having sufficient choice throughout the programme was an important factor in my decision to commit to a long-term plan.
During my membership, Jane Plan experienced supplier issues which affected the availability of meals within the vegetarian range. During the complaints process, Jane Plan acknowledged that vegetarian customers had been disproportionately affected because the vegetarian menu is naturally more limited than the standard range.
I raised my concerns with Jane Plan and requested to cancel my membership. To their credit, they responded promptly, acknowledged the supplier issues, apologised, and offered either a £25 credit or the option to pause my plan.
However, despite acknowledging the impact on vegetarian customers, Jane Plan refused to show any flexibility regarding the £330 conversion fee required to leave the programme early. The complaint was escalated and reviewed at management level, but the position remained unchanged. I also proposed a compromise settlement in an attempt to reach a fair resolution, but this was rejected without any alternative proposal being offered.
Following the conclusion of the complaints process, I reviewed the meal choices currently available to me as a vegetarian customer. At that point, I found that I had only 9 dinner options and 5 lunch options available. Regardless of whether this situation is temporary, it is a significant reduction in variety and falls well short of what I expected when committing to an 8-month programme that promotes choice and flexibility.
What disappointed me most was not the supplier issue itself. Problems can occur in any business. It was the company's response once the issue had been acknowledged. Jane Plan accepted that supplier problems had affected vegetarian customers more significantly, yet remained entirely unwilling to offer any meaningful flexibility regarding cancellation. In my view, they were prepared to acknowledge the problem but unwilling to take meaningful responsibility for the impact it had on affected customers.
After exhausting the internal complaints process, I was also informed that Jane Plan does not participate in an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme.
Others may have a different experience, but based on mine I found the company inflexible when a genuine issue arose and was disappointed by the lack of discretion shown despite the acknowledged reduction in service.

It was good apart from the fact that nearly all of the hot food requires a microwave. I end up heating it slowly on the hob with a tablespoon of water.

Breakfasts are very limited - oats, oats, and more oats. Eggs are missing. Also, the dinners are not very appetizing, gooey and hard to see what you're actually eating. Not impressed so far.
