Flowers were delivered to Scotland safely at quite short notice. Beautifully fresh and wonderful colours. The presentation basket is good quality and will be very useful. I would buy again.

We're very sorry that you were disappointed that you paid for Saturday delivery but the flowers were delivered on a Friday. - We've taken a look at your order and can see the delivery date that you selected was 8th November, which is a Friday (Please refer to your order confirmation Email sent to you on 7th November) however, as you say, you opted to for a Saturday delivery. We should have noticed this discrepancy and got in touch to clarify the delivery day. We apolgise for this oversight and we will of course refund the difference between the weekday and Saturday delivery cost. We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Always the most amazing bouquets, and I only recently learnt about the Jane Packer foundation, supporting funding research into brain cancer. A cause very dear to my heart as I lost my brother to a glioblastoma 18 months ago too.

Delivery let’s this company down
Flowers are lovely but the delivery was inexplicably delayed. The company use DPD who are notorious for being unreliable. I paid extra for Saturday delivery to make my friend’s birthday date. They landed with her on the Sunday instead. Customer services refunded the delivery fee but that is honestly not the point.

We're very sorry that DPD did not deliver on Saturday as requested, we know how important it is that flowers to mark special occasions are delivered on the relevant date. Ironically, we choose DPD as our preferred courier because in the past, with a few exceptions. They have been consistently reliable. However over the past few weeks, they have been letting our us and our customers down. We will be looking at other options for the future.

You left it outside for all to see - your courier didn’t call me when it arrived. Great product awful delivery and let down in the final hurdle .

You need bad delivery service.
You need to change your delivery service, they are letting you down, throwing your products around so they are damaged upon arrival.
I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday but the box was crushed and the flowers inside were destroyed.
Unless you change your delivery service I’m afraid it’s impossible to re-order from you.
If you look back over your records you will find I have ordered flowers from you for years.
