Luke travelled a considerable distance and arrived at the appointed time he was very smart and polite. He was here a couple of hours and the repair he did was excellent and you can't tell were the damage was and it was done at a reasonable price.

Dean communicated his arrival time well, and arrived on time. Carried out the works to an excellent professional standard, leaving the room clean and tidy.
Dean Price is pleasant, professional, and generally a nice, amiable, person.
The whole, process from initial enquiry to completion was a good as it gets.

Dean visited us to repair a damaged end panel in our kitchen that the dog had pulled the laminte off, the kitchen is a tricky colour also being a sapphire matt finish.

All I can say is we now have a repaired panel, the join between repair and existing laminte is non existent and the colour match is ridiculously good. The repair is that good no matter how hard a try I cannot see any transition between existing and repair. Couldn't be happier.

I am moving soon into an apartment which is perfect in every way except for a small chip in the worktop. I booked Magicman to rmake it to look a lot better. What I didn't expect was for it to virtually disappear! Manny was my technician and "magic" is the word here. He did a brilliant, painstaking job and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Manny.

Good service from Magicman to repair crack in our shower tray. David the Technician arrived at time promised, explained the process in detail and carried out what appears to be a very good repair job in a tidy fashion.
Based on this would certainly recommend Magicman repairs.

What a great company and service. Phil truly worked his magic to eradicate a chip on our bathroom floor, the floor looks perfect again. Phil was a friendly, approachable and professional. I would definitely recommend Magic Man and Phil.

From first contact with Magicman to having the work completed, everything went smoothly. Our fridge door was damaged when a new oven was installed and being unable to source a replacement door, I found this company on the internet.
The repair to the door is not noticeable.
The repair man was very polite and considerate.
Overall, very satisfied with the company and the finished work.
If I have a requirement in the future for similar work, my first contact will be with Magicman.

We have a Portuguese limestone fireplace and our puppy decided to nibble parts of the base leaving quite a few chips wasn’t expecting much hope but someone mentioned Magicman to me, so thinking I’ve got nothing to lose decided to get in touch sent a few photos over of the damage and they said we can help you, so got booked in and on the day the very nice gentleman Mani came and repaired all the damage to a high standard and you wouldn’t notice any difference to the rest of the fire place, also Mani was very polite and respectful of our property a real asset to the company, thanks again Magicman.

Brett came round to repair some damage to our laminate flooring. I wasn't expecting a perfect result but after he had finished, I couldn't find the repair area. Extremely impressed with the work carried out. Thanks again.

Glen was actually amazing! Our composite worktop groves (next tot he sink) had multiple groves and gauges out of it, where the tool had snapped. He spent time working diligently on it, and it came out AMAZING! Could not recommend more! Thank you very much - you saved us paying for a whole new worktop!

I cannot praise our technician, Dean, enough for the repair to our motorhome table. We'd damaged it by a heavy bottle falling from a locker and severely cracking and denting the table. The repair is perfect and cannot be distinguished from any of the original surface that remains. Saved us a fortune too as a replacement table was going to cost a substantial amount more. Highly recommend using Magicman. Thank you.

I had a dent in the edge of a lacquered wardrobe door. The retailer recommended MagicMan. The repair turned out perfect even though MagicMan initially declined to quote as they were not confident that the repair would really be invisible.

We had a couple of chips filled on a wooden staircase which went well. The technician was polite and friendly. Unfortunately he didn’t do a good job of the kitchen cabinets. He gave me the impression that when the solution he put on had set it would be fine but in the evening light they looked dreadful. He gave me the impression that he wanted to get off, even though it was at least an hour before the full day. We booked him to come back but in the meantime took a couple of hours to sort the problem the best we could with white spirit so we cancelled the return visit. When I contacted customer service initially I had no reply. After another email - sending photos both times, I had a really curt response. I sent another saying I’d expect to have a partial refund because the job wasn’t done properly and we fixed it ourselves. I had such a weirdly strange reply. Indicating that I had denied access etc. this was utter rubbish- I’d simply cancelled. Customer service is practically rude and Very dismissive. I wouldn’t recommend this company but giving two stars as the staircase turned out fine.

Could not be more pleased with 5 doors repaired, impossible to tell where the scratches were.

After contacting magicman re my repair I received a quotation promptly and the repair to my tiled floor was carried out within a couple of days. Wow what an excellent job carried out by Allen Mathews. Clean polite and very professional. I will certainly recommend to my friends.

Arrived on time, very pleasant and respectful technician and carried out a first class repair to our quartz worktop to perfection.So pleased we asked magicman to carry out the repair and would recommend this company to anyone in need of a repair.First class.

We used Magicman to repair a newly installed shower tray. There was a minor chip and small split on the side. Zaine turned up at the allocated time. Very polite young man and completed the repair in a professional and courteous way. He gave me a information into the work he was doing when i asked. Left a leaflet and was informative about the way to clean the shower tray in the future. We were hesitant in using this but would certainly recommend them in the future.

Sent thru pics and details to get a quote a week ago & chased up for an answer multiple times with no answer only to be told a week later after the damage has worsened they can't fix it. Appalling customer service DO NOT RECOMMEND. NEXT TIME PERHAPS YOU'LL GET BACK TO CUSTOMERS PROPERLY AND SOONER. FURIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY

I had my kitchen work top fixed? by these guys at a cost of around £300. Great chatty engineer, but the outcome was rubbish and i was told not to use cleaning chemicals on the kitchen work surface after the work was complete. OK SO HOW DO YOU SANATISE A KITCHEN WORK SURFACE and make it food safe ? (wish i could upload a photo to show you folks).
