I did online shopping after instore…

I wasn’t very keen on buying ready made salvar kameez however after discovering Janan it’s all changed! I’ve brought several and honestly they are fantastic! Stitching and overall quality is really good. I would love to see them bring out linen kurtas for lounge wear.

I’ve lost count of how many suits I have ordered.
I came to the realisation after ordering a very expensive suit, that it is a copy of it.. not the genuine article.
It didn’t even have the designers name tag on it. Disappointmented, feel very stupid..Won’t ever be shopping here again! Wondering why I didn’t realise this before…

I never received my item
I never received my item. I don’t know whose fault it was but I would like the company to have a word with their delivery service.
It was stated that they tried to deliver and the recipient refused to take the order. First, I would like to know where they went because I was home in the supposed delivery. Secondly, when I was trying find out what happened via the delivery company, nothing was helpful. Very disappointed. I chose 3 stars because it was NOT THE FAULT OF JANAN entirely but the delivery company. However, I would be very happy if they pass it onto the delivery company.

We are invited to a wedding in Delhi and as only 7 uk people invited we needed help and guidance on outfits. The help from the 2 staff at Wilmslow road was exceptional.
