Customer service issues
Ordered a safari window. The window was good, but part of the order was missing, the sealant. Emailed asking for a refund of the sealant. Was happy to go and buy more sealant from a local, but 221 is hard to come by so I ordered it from them. They told me to recheck the boxes and then ignored/missed my follow up when it obviously wasn’t there. Still not resolved.
Another order I had from eBay went wandering down the wrong street to the wrong number. They didn’t reply with the tracking for a couple of days after I said it hadn’t arrived. The picture helped me track it down but still not really good enough. Albeit the fact it went missing is more of a courier problem.

Hi Pierce, we’re sorry for the issues experienced here.
When smaller items are ordered with larger products, our packing team will often place them safely inside the main product box to reduce unnecessary labels and separate parcels. For this reason, we do ask customers to check all packaging before we resend or refund missing items. That said, we’re sorry your follow-up was missed and that this was not resolved as quickly as it should have been.
Regarding the eBay order, we apologise for the courier delivery issue. Unfortunately, once an order is with the courier, delivery errors such as parcels being taken to the wrong address are outside of our direct control. We understand the tracking image helped you locate it, but appreciate the delay in our response added to the frustration.
During peak periods, we do our best to respond as quickly as possible, but we accept this was not handled as smoothly as it should have been.

Ordering was simple, delivered within two days of placing the order, and very reasonable delivery charge, goods just as a expected.

The Awning carpet
The Awning carpet is just what we wanted but found that the bag the carpet belongs in had a hole in it and had been sellotaped over and it was not done by the couriers as the outer packaging was intact.

It was very easy to order from Jacksons Leisure Supplies, the price with postage was very competitive, and I was confident i was dealing with a genuine English based company. I was kept informed of the progress of my order and it arrived on the expected day, and in good condition. The ordered part was in the genuine manufacturer box, and I was confident of not receiving a Chinese copy. I thoroughly recommend Jackson Leisure Supplies, and would use them again.

Ordered a pump and fittings for caravan.
Pump arrived but no fittings. Immediately emailed to tell them.

Ordered a campervan window
Ordered a campervan window, item was "shipped" but never received by courier/lost by the courier. Had to chase Jacksons Leisure to find out what was happening, they never got back to me like they said they would. Chased again for a refund and evenutally got a reply that the item is discontinued and they will send a refund. Poor service.
