I ordered a large variety of items. Most of the order, including several tubes of oil paints, was packed loose in a too-large box. The paints, with sharp metal edges, knocked around during shipping such that one tube got punctured and leaked onto everything else in the box. Coincidentally, a sponge brush had a chunk missing (appeared to be a manufacturing defect). Jackson's refunded the full price of the tube of paint that burst and 50% of the cost of the sponge brushes (a 3-pack). On the whole, cleaning oil paint off of everything in the box was not worth receiving 3/4 of a tube of yellow ochre for essentially free and a discount on two cheap sponge brushes ($10.67 total refund).

Speedy delivery by Royal Mail ( my much preferred option), appropriately packaged using recycled boxes etc. and superb goods inside.

Currently, very fed up. I have in date Christmas voucher. I'm on my second order trying to spend the voucher. The box is unresponsive for gift vouchers. Voucher and website both uk. Help isn't helpful, currently waiting for a human for 40 mins, sent another two messages. Hard of hear so phone not a good option for me. All is well with this company until something fails and then they're just not on the ball.
Tried to call for last order voucher failure, no answer or no one available, called in office hours. I'm annoyed gift was from daughter who can ill afford to waste money like this.
Update: Jackson's emailed and the code now works. Success and to be fair they were fast and persistent. No idea of the issue, 2 different devices correct code correctly typed, after Jackson's examined the situation and verified the code was valid cut and past, in other words the exact typed code worked. Just happy its sorted.
