The staff at Jaksons could not be more helpful, both in-store and when dealing with head office.

I had a difficulty with placing an on line order. I rang jacksons and spoke to Charlotte who very quickly dealt with it. She explained what had gone wrong and set it right offering me a chance to try again or to proceed with the order. Gladly let her do it. A very easy and pleasant experience. That's what I usually use Jacksons for my art supplies......Anthony

There is no option on this web site to contact customer services by email. I wanted to track my parcel after 6 days but could find no credible information on how to do so even though I payed for next day delivery. The phone number was an American number. I am not paying for long distance I just won’t use them again
