We ordered 1st time they sent half of the order. Till we got the money back and ordered again some items were not available! They we received the order 1 item was not tight! We kept it! To much work to send back and order again!

- small constructive criticism:
I think your t-shirts (regular fit, short sleeves ) could have slightly shorter sleeves at general, like 4-5 cm, so sleeve doesn´t continue till elbow, but reveals a bicep/arm a bit. This way, it will look better/more "manly" if you will :)

The suit is absolutely gorgeous
The suit is absolutely gorgeous, but the way it was packed it was very creased an took some steaming to get most of the creases out not perfect but managed to pass it off.

I received 3 t-shirts as ordered
I received 3 t-shirts as ordered. They all have the same and right article number and are labled the same size size (XXL) but they fit differently. Two shirts are bigger than the third. I ordered those because I already owned some of those shirts already. I bought them a few years ago. Now the fit is completely different.

Overall the experience was ok, but this was my first time shopping on the website and the introductory discount offer wasn't available on my account. I used the chat function on a number of occassions and still waiting on a reply almost two weeks later 😞

Recent garment quality is significantly…
Recent garment quality is significantly lower than it was before. All new clothes are made from low quality cotton that loses if form after single wash, unlike old clothes this store was making.
