I ordered a few pairs of briefs in one of there sales at the very end of july and as of the 11/10/13 nothing of that order has been received I did order other orders at around the same day and did get quantity right but colours and styles and sizes were wrong however wearable but to be ripped of by thirty pounds is disgusting
I have been intouch with the new owners who took over the company from this shark and that has not got me anywhere either I got intouch with the previous owner twice [name] and was promised firmly he would sort it out that was obviously a lie ,
so I can only say now I will now not use the site unless this problem gets sorted but I doubt that will happen now

I ordered some garments from them and when they were washed for the first time it was clear the product was defective. I've tried on no less than four occasions to make contact with this company and have not received any response. It's a shame as they do have some good products but their customer service is atrocious.

it's a good store, worth a look. Once I could actually order stuff it was fine and the goods arrived quickly. But the web site was very slow when I was on, almost like being back in the days of dial-up!! Almost to the point that I was going to leave it shop elsewhere.

Product arrived quickly and in perfect condition!

For over a two month I did not received 2 orders, they are still in status processing.
In some previous order they forgave to send one item.
I send countless e-mails, nobody is answering.
What else can I do or say?

I've ordered a few times and am always really pleased with the speed of delivery. Only annoying thing is the website is a little slow to load, don't know why.

The products were of great quality and subject to a huge discount!
They were delivered earlier than anticpated and arrived in a good state - unlike some other online purchases I have made.

I ordered 4 pairs of Oiler & Boiler boxers for a christmas present for my partner. They arrived in the post and the boxes they were in were squashed and battered. I ended up not being able to put them away for presents as the condition of the boxes were so bad.

I want pants' prices are very competitive and they have a good range of stock. Their shipping rates low and orders are processed quickly. I highly recommend them.

Twise now over a number of years and many purchases 2 items did not arrive but once I contacted the company they responed quickly and sorted the problem out. They sadly offer less choice than they used to but watch out for their special offers which are excelent.

In my opinion this is an excellent company. Their prices were great, it was easy to navigate the website and place the order. The order arrived quickly and well packaged. Would definately shop with them again!

Iwantpants has a wide selection of boxers from all the cool brands. They are cheaper than elsewhere and if you purchase more than two pairs the delivery costs are easily made up for by the discount... Even if you have them
shipped to Denmark.

I ordered over a week ago and paid postage, I still haven't received my purchase if I don't receive a discount on what I got or something free for the inconvenience caused I will not be purchasing again on this site

Everything ran smooth, just how you want from on line shopping, from a great offer, great products, great delivery, a breath of fresh air after the shoddy service and lies I've had to deal with in the past from on line shopping, highly recommended!

I had a problem with my latest order from IWOP (items missing) but had never had trouble before. After several unanswered e-mails and phone calls I eventually complained via PayPal, which got their attention.
It seems I fell between two stools (in the chair sense). The old owners of the business were no longer responding to messages and the new owners (Rockolauk) say they don't have access to the e-mails of the old firm. Bit of a sloppy deal then.
So I'd just advise customers who are talking to 'xx"at"iwantpants.com' to copy-in 'sales"at"rockolauk.com'. It will be sorted but it is being left up to you to do the leg/finger work. I was offered a refund, but finally negotiated delivery of an alternate item. So am happy now.

Fantastic, fit perfect and have washed them and they are still like new which is unusual for pants when you wash them a few times, will never go anywhere again !
