I placed an order three weeks ago and the money has gone out of my bank and still no sign. I have emailed iwantpants and had no reply. I feel that this is unacceptable.

I used to buy quite a lot of my underwear from iwantpants, before I did some underwear modelling & got stuff for free. As I now focus on fitness stuff, the freebies have dried up so I tried iwp again. I have to say the store is a shadow of its former self, half of the brands are no longer available on IWP & they have failed to add newer brands such as Addicted. Even the brands that are available have limited choice. P&P uses to be free, now they charge & it takes a few days longer too. Don't think I'll be shopping with them again, which is unfortunate as they used to be top notch!

I ordered got told they pants I wanted weren't avaialable - send two emails for a change and followed up with a phone call and the pants I wanted most didn't arrive neither did the change I asked for!!

Emailed twice about returning an item for a refund - no response! I then posted the item back with clear instructions by registered post. Its marked as delivery and I've still heard nothing. I'll be staying away from them in the future.
