I've tried roughly half a dozen teas from iteaworld and they have ranged from good to excellent. They are fairly priced and I appreciate that the company is extremely passionate about improving their customers experience and never resting on any base expectations.

I've tried a number of the sample sets from ITea World and all of the teas are either upper medium quality level basic examples, that are true to type, or a bit better than that, more exceptional. Value is pretty good, and the sampler option forms are unique. The only limitation is that some of the sets presented as more basic do include versions that are more in an average quality range, but even those are still pretty good. For what they are presenting and offering the options and value are great.

High quality tea, love the variety they have to offer too. Great packaging. I absolutely love their sample boxes allowing people to taste various different teas before committing to the bigger amounts of certain teas. Great customer service too,will gladly purchase from them again.

I contacted their customer service team and they happily sent me the correct tea and let me keep the incorrect tea they send me originally. The best of their teas rank alongside the best I have ever had, even competition grade teas, but at affordable prices. Even their most humble teas compare favorably to any of our local specialty tea shops. I have now served their teas to many dozens, if not hundreds of experienced tea lovers and members of the tea industry at festivals and focused tasting events, and the teas have always been very well received.

I’ve tried many of iTeaWorld’s teas and they were yummy. I especially love their green teas, jasmine teas, and cold brew selections. Their customer service is exceptional and they are always willing to go above and beyond. Love this tea company!! They are one of my go-to vendors.

I live in Kazakhstan. I have already ordered Chinese tea from this store many times. And every time they send me exactly my order. Parcels arrive by mail in excellent condition. Tea in beautiful boxes. There are paper instructions for brewing. The tea itself is of the highest quality, without broken leaves and twigs. Tasty. It usually withstands from 3 to 10 brews, depending on the variety.

The tea is delicious. Customer service was quick and helpful when there was some confusion about my order. I had never tried any Suchong tea before; the smoky flavor is very different but very good. The Dahongpao is lovely and the Minnan Narcissus sample was excellent. I am quite happy with the tea and looking forward to trying the Dancong. I will be ordering more in the future.
