I have been waiting now for over six weeks for a delivery of olive oil. It has all been paid for. But it has not been dispatched and there is no way of communicating with the company. Atrocious service.

Ordered 25th May. Now 28th June. Still no delivery. It always takes a long time but this is ridiculous.

I start by apologising for what happened, but we sent several emails to inform you of the delay (due to customs checks) asking if you wanted to wait or cancel the order.
Still awaiting Delivery
Still awaiting Delivery after customs have returned items back to sender. What I did not expect is for Italian Gourmet to say they will attempt a reship once they have received the returned goods.
I would have expected them to send a new shipment on the date they were advised of the return.
Is now over a month since order placed, and 2 weeks since they notified myself of Customs returning item, no update since.
Thank goodness goods ordered are not perishable, but I do wonder what state I am going to receive them in.......
Certainly won't be using again.......

Terribile experience with this seller
Terribile experience with this seller, ordered a package months ago and it never came. They offered a compensation due to the delay and I received the meagre sum of £3 when the order was worth over £60. Extremely disappointed.

Order delivered to wrong address, now i am being ignored
I have never received such a bad customer service. My order got delivered to a wrong address they even sent me a photo where i could see it was not my house.Once I told them, they ignored me and I spent £86 on this order. Literally something like this never happened to me - normally if a company gets something like this wrong, apologies and sorts it out. I requested a refund or them try to deliver my package again and nothing got ignored.
