Not so good as they said
I had a 3 days pass but many attraction where not included. I tryed to book cistern ezperience, adding the difference required, but the app didn't ask me to pay it, let me borrow without paying, and then it cancelled the booking. I had to buy it separately without app. Aya Sophia museum is not included nor proposed. The guy who where supposed to be our guides tried, in a funny but clear way, to leave us alone.

We offer different pass types (such as the Discover, Fast, and Prime Passes), each with a specific set of included attractions. If an attraction is not included in your specific pass type, the app will naturally prompt you to pay the difference to upgrade your experience. If the payment is not completed, the booking cannot be confirmed and is automatically canceled by the system.
Access to major landmarks depends entirely on the pass you selected. However, please keep in mind that due to official regulations, guided tours are not allowed inside the Hagia Sophia Mosque; we provide entry assistance, but the interior visit is independent.
All our "Guided Entry" tour format, which includes a 20-minute professional introduction followed by free time. This is clearly defined in our service descriptions so guests know exactly what to expect.
We encourage our guests to review the inclusions of their chosen pass type to make the most of their Istanbul journey.
