The best card for exploring and enjoying the city. The card covers a majority of the tourist attractions but more importantly saves a lot of time and is a great economical option.

One problem I encountered during my experience with the Istanbul Welcome Card was the lack of clarity regarding the visit to the Hagia Sophia. I was surprised to learn that the Hagia Sophia in Istanbul can be visited for free and does not require a ticket. Unfortunately, this information was not clearly visible on the Istanbul Welcome Card website, which led to some confusion. I was particularly disappointed that I couldn't find a guide to help me explore the Hagia Sophia, as this is one of the key advantages of the Istanbul Welcome Card.

Another problem was the closure of the Topkapi Palace. I was disappointed to learn that the palace is closed on Tuesdays and there was no information about it. Despite this, the card provided some benefits. However, I was frustrated that I still haven't received a response to my inquiry through the contact form on the website.

Although the company offers its customers a 100% money-back guarantee, I hope that my concerns regarding the cancellation and refund will be addressed promptly. If these issues can be addressed, I would consider using the services of the Istanbul Welcome Card again in the future.

We spend 4 Days in Istanbul and the Istanbul Welcome Card, it was a excellent investment.The card saved queuing at the Hagia Sophia and the Topkapi Palace- Plus we had a Bosphorus Boat Trip voucher,and we had public transport underway and the guides were friendly and knowledgeable. IWC Card was definitely helpful and we saved time and money.

I bought the Istanbul Welcome Card because a friend of mine recommended it. I received the package right at the Airport. Inside the package were my transportations and Bosphorus cruise tickets, the pass for the museums and vouchers for the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and Harem tours. With the pass and the guided tours I was able to avoid the long queues in front of the museums. The guide was great, he even was a historian. He had a lot to tell, even things that are not in every book. The transportation tickets also paid off. I used them at the metro, ferry and tram. The Bosporus tour was great as well. The view of the city from the seaside was spectacular. I as well received discounts at very nice restaurants and activities. My Istanbul trip became cheaper than expected and I saved a lot time without searching for anything.

I highly recommend the Istanbul Welcome Card!!! It was super useful and so worth of my money! The price is very good and the card makes it so much easier to discover Istanbul without worrying about your money . Also great discounts on many things and lots of inclusive offers. I really liked the pocket guide too - great insider tipps which made my trip unforgettable!

I bought the Istanbul Welcome Card Deluxe for 75 € because a friend of mine recommended it.
They have sent the Istanbul Welcome Card package to my address in Germany. So I had enough time to study the content and to plan my stay in Istanbul.
The deluxe package also includes a museum pass and two guided tours.
With the museum pass and the guided tours I was able to avoid the long queues in front of the sights and thus save a lot of time.
Besides, the guide was great. He had a lot to tell, things that are not in every book. And all for free. It was fabulous!
The rechargeable transportation card has also paid off. I was able to drive at a reduced rate throughout Istanbul and with each change of travel, the travel became cheaper and cheaper.
